My wife and I made an appointment to have a procedure done on 04/25/2025. We were told in sum and substance by receptionist that insurance Emblem Health would cover the cost. The only thing was needed a co-payment of set amount of $144.36. Then after procedure was done, we receive a bill on 05/27/2025 for an outrageous amount of $656.32. We called immediately on 07/23/2025 and spoke with Casey rep at number provided 844-974-3800 and explained the situation that we were told BEFORE procedure took place that the insurance will cover cost of procedure. I even gave another insurance card Anthem to help cover cost of this bill. Now, again on 11/04/2025 we receive the same bill and same amount of $656.32 to pay. We called once again to resolve this bill and spoke to Martha on 12/02/2025, and once again explained mis- information given at time of making appointment and day of procedure. The rep. Martha responds were that insurance only paid $53.00 of bill, and the patient was responsible for the rest of bill. So, aside from already paying the amount of $144.36, now I needed to pay an additional cost amount of $656.32 more. To anyone understanding, this is an abuse of fraud and deception to obtain patients and then come with out-of-pocket cost to bills that otherwise would have been paid by the insurance. If we knew ahead of time that the insurance was going to cover very little at this location, I definitely I would have done procedure at another location. I have been a patient of Dr Among Clunn's for nearly 10 years now, which is saying a lot as I was an RN I clinical healthcare for over 47 years. I know a great MD when I see one and Dr Clunn is the whole package. Not only is she one of the most astute diagnostitians ive ever known, she is also very kind and caring ( which is REALLY saying something, for someone practicing in a very difficult area of medicine, particulaly in pain medicine). So many people just want the drugs, opiates from their pain n med MD, but Dr Clunn looks at the entire person-physically, emotionally, their life circumstance, etc. Ive never felt like she rushed me through even on one of the clinic's busiest days. . She is truly a jewel as far as a person AND a physician and we in Ocala are truly blessed to be able to access her care. She deserves every one of these 5 stars. read more

My husband nearly died TWICE of prostate cancer. He has been stuck with needles more than anyone ever wants. The first time we went to this location, as much as he hates to get his blood drawn, he was shocked at how quick and painless the phlebotomist was. When we went the second time, the same gal performed the blood draw and he said the same thing; it was as smooth and painless as he has ever had before so I got her name. Her name is Ebonette. We REQUEST her. We have been a couple times more since and she isn't always available, so these times a gal named Sabrina was just as smooth. We are SOOOOO grateful for these gals as they are SOOO professional. They are efficient at getting everyone seen as quickly and happily as possible. We have been there when it's slow and when it's busy and these ladies always keep a beautiful attitude and smile for everyone. They are beautiful women inside and OUT! We need MORE of this kind of customer support~ ESPECIALLY with customer service waining so badly just about everywhere we go these days. Keep it up ladies!!!!! WE APPRECIATE YOU!!! read more

Very low class!! Office personnel are dishonest and disrespectful. Caught the office manager, Christine, who booked an unnecessary appointment with her friend Dr. Osian just so they could charge my insurance. Also they charged me $35 copays when it should only be $10. After I spoke to the so-called "one in charge," Donna Williams, who said I'd be getting a refund although I still haven't after 3 weeks, Dr Osian went back in my file and amended my report to say I called management and I'm a complainer. She even noted that my mother lives a trailer. She bashed me in 6 different places in her lying amended report to cover up that they scheduled me illegitimately. She bashed me so badly that another doctor canceled my next appointment. This place is disgusting!! read more

Nurse Practitioner Greta that I saw in December 2023 came in telling me what I couldn't eat, without asking me any questions to know how my eating habits are. My diabetes took over my pain and neurological symptoms that I was having, and she refused to deal with them. Today Dr Diaz and his medical assistant got some good laughs by not listening to me, saying my weight loudly to the waiting room around the corner and refusing to help when I told them symptoms. My anxiety was blamed without any assessment by the doctor. He got up and motioned me to leave. This office is terrible, I could hear them laughing at me as I left. Worst part is, I'm scared of not having medical intervention because they will not listen. He wanted to put me on expensive insulin for type 2 diabetes without considering the out of pocket expense. Wrote another prescription for a medication that I told him gives me problems. They do not listen and don't care who they hurt, if you go out crying, it's one less patient they have to deal with. read more

1 star is the lowest I can go. Office doesn't accept calls for appointments, so as requested, I submitted an online appointment request for Dr. Raul Diaz. The request indicates "you will be contacted within 24-48 hours". I submitted the appointment request on 11/02/22 and wasn't contacted until 11/15/22 to schedule my appointment. The lady on the phone proceeded to advise that appointments for Dr. Diaz were not available until January 2023 and would I like to proceed with making the appointment. I asked her why it took so long to call back if they state 24-48 hours and she said "if you don't want to make the appointment let me know". I told her if they can't even contact patients to schedule appointments in a timely manner I have no interest in seeing any physician in their office. read more
