After more than 15 minutes on hold a lady answered who did not give her name. My wife gave her name and date of birth and asked to make an appointment. The lady on the phone suddenly shifted to what can only be described as an attitude. WAS THE ORDER sent over?, and I am not exaggerating her tone. My wife proceeded to try and explain that she had a physical order because her Dr office could not get her in for 2 months. WELL i CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT THE ORDER! came the voice with an attitude!. My wife asked nicely if she could call and have it sent over and the lady said NO YOU CAN NOT! At that point I asked to speak to the Lady on the phone and I asked her why she was being so cold and rude to my wife, which she did not like, and she replied that I was hollering at her and she hung up! I am not sure what was going on with this lady but I intend to inform my cardiology provider how their clients are being treated. Shame on this individual you are dealing with elderly sick people who have great difficulty as it is navigating the system. The last thing we need are uncaring buffoons without patience to help us when we need it. One day you will be old (and know this)...you reap what you sow. Get your acr together as a professional and leave the attitude at home! There are other places we can go...try and remember that, I bet your employer knows it! The reason for the negative review is that they have not sent the imaging to her neurologist who requested the images. Her appointment was on the 15th of May, it is now the 5th of June. ....When she called (3 different times), she was told they had sent the information....today, she was told they sent the information from them reading the images, which is NOT what the doctor ordered, he simply needed the images so he could read them .Today's phone call told her that she would get the images faster if she drove the 140 mile round trip, picked the images up, and delivered them to her doctor....please note, she is 76 years old, and 100 % disabled from profound spinal issues. Needless to say, we are not happy campers

Their CT machine, and radiologist missed an 8mm kidney stone that I told them was there. I had a CT scan in the hospital a month before which showed it in my ureter. After not passing it, my urologist scheduled surgery but needed a CT scan to see its location. I went to Radiology Associates of Ocala, and they sent results to my urologist saying no stone was present. After another month of pain I ended back up in the hospital with kidney failure, needing immediate surgery for stone removal. The office manager Carrie, said they did nothing wrong and won't refund my money. This place either doesn't have experienced techs, or they have old, outdated or faulty machines. Imagine if this was someone with cancer. These tests should be accurate! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED and HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

After nurses took her temperature (100.5) and swabbed her for COVID and RSV, we were placed in a room and utterly abandoned for three hours. During those three hours, not a single nurse or doctor came in to check on her, provide fever reducers, or give us an update. The only person who managed to walk through our door was registration--proving that collecting payment was a higher priority for this hospital than monitoring a sick child. I fully understand how triage works, but leaving a child in a room with zero clinical check-ins is medical neglect, not triaging. The only reason this review isn't a zero is Dr. O'Toole. When he finally came in after three hours, he was phenomenal. He took the situation seriously, immediately ordered the nurses to re-check her temperature, and went to strictly address the staff's failure to monitor her. By that time, her fever had spiked to a dangerous 102.7. It was only after Dr. O'Toole intervened and reprimanded the staff that the nurses finally started acting like they cared and administered medication. Dr. O'Toole is the only competent asset this hospital has going for them. The nursing staff and administrative process failed my daughter completely.
