    My doctor ordered a CAT scan so Citrus Diagnostic was on my insurance plan as a provider…read more The outside has a nice handicap ramp which makes it so nice for disabled people to get into the building since it's a little high up because downtown Crystal River gets flooded during storms and hurricanes. Inside the waiting room is large with plenty of seating available and the reception desk is located at the far end of it where you go to sign in. A sign states to wait several feet away if another person is at the desk. This idea is great - it gives the patient confidentiality. My wait time was short before I was called back for my procedure. It was a little bit of a walk back to the CAT scan room and I passed by restrooms for patients conveniently located near the front. My CAT scan tech was very nice. He went over the entire procedure since he could tell I was a little apprehensive about how it worked. The procedure took only a few minutes and he explained everything that needed to be done, he even helped me sit back up since I was a little dizzy. The front desk personnel were also friendly and professional as I paid my co-pay. All in all a very good experience where I felt well taken care of.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I had a screening mammography and a diagnostic mammography…read morethere. They found that I had two calcifications on my breast. Not being satisfied with the results due to women being pushed through like a heard of cattle, I went to Moffitt who performed a diagnostic mammography. They found another spot on my breast, and I was told that Citrus Diagnostic did not even screen my entire breast! RUN FOR THE HILLS! On another note, NOBODY ever returns a call or responds to an email. I have been trying for 3 1/2 weeks to speak to the accounting department, to no avail.

The staff's negligence, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for our needs have caused significant distress and financial burden, negatively impacting my daughter's school enrollment and my family's emotional well-being. This clinic's conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Quick Care Med's reputation. I demand a thorough investigation and documentation of this matter in your records, as I intend to pursue resolution. On our first visit, we sought a physical for our daughter to enroll in a new school in a new county. Despite the clinic's location directly across the street from the school, where they conduct physicals for children annually and should be fully aware of the required forms, the staff failed to provide us with any paperwork for our personal records--a standard practice at every doctor's office I have visited in my life. They also neglected to inform us that two specific forms are required by the school, leaving us, as parents unfamiliar with medical processes, unaware of what questions to ask. As small business owners, my wife and I do not speak the language of medical requirements, and we relied on the clinic's expertise, which they utterly failed to provide. Instead, they gave us the wrong form, creating unnecessary complications for our daughter's enrollment. When we returned the next day to address this error, we were met with complete disregard. The staff refused to correct their mistake, insisting we pay an additional $65 for a new physical rather than providing the correct form. To make matters worse, the front desk staff member was on their phone for over a minute and a half before even acknowledging our presence, despite us standing directly in front of her. This blatant lack of professionalism and care is inexcusable in a healthcare setting. The emotional toll of this experience has been profound. My daughter, who is excited to start a new life in a new town, is being delayed in her school enrollment due to the clinic's negligence. My wife feels she has failed our daughter, compounding our frustration and distress. From one business owner to a corporation, I find the staff's disrespect, lack of accountability, and failure to offer any solutions appalling. The clinic's refusal to rectify their error and their indifference to our situation have not only hindered our daughter's transition but also eroded our trust in Quick Care Med. I urge Quick Care Med to investigate this matter immediately and take corrective action to address the staff's conduct and prevent other families from enduring similar treatment. I request a written response within 10 business days detailing the steps your organization will take to rectify this situation and improve service at the Crystal River clinic.
