They also neglected to inform us that two specific forms are required by the school, leaving us, as parents unfamiliar with medical processes, unaware of what questions to ask. As small business owners, my wife and I do not speak the language of medical requirements, and we relied on the clinic's expertise, which they utterly failed to provide. Instead, they gave us the wrong form, creating unnecessary complications for our daughter's enrollment. When we returned the next day to address this error, we were met with complete disregard. The staff refused to correct their mistake, insisting we pay an additional $65 for a new physical rather than providing the correct form. To make matters worse, the front desk staff member was on their phone for over a minute and a half before even acknowledging our presence, despite us standing directly in front of her. I went in for severe dehydration when they first opened. I was second to be helped. They said they would text me to register. All those that walked in before and after me said they forgot their phone. I caught on. They could use the tablet and be seen first! I never received a text message. The front desk assistant finally gave me the tablet to check in. He was very kind in all he did. I was told about 29 minutes later that it was the weekend and Blue Cross wasn't cooperating and they didn't have supplies for dehydration! I had to go to the ER which I was trying to avoid. It says right on their website that they you can be seen for dehydration. Head straight to the ER if you get dehydrated. You will not be treated here. read more

I can't say enough about this unassuming clinic . Everyone there was extremely welcoming and down to earth . Though I was only there for a D. O. T. physical , all clinics aren't created equal . Quick Care Med - My view leaving the clinic. - Walk-in Clinics Near Me - Crystal River, Florida

I had hoped I would be evaluated thoroughly and receive appropriate treatment for my urinary issues. However, I was sent home with nothing but possuble prostate issues. I was charged $125 for nothing. I continued to feel badly and went to Bravera ER the next day and was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and was given antibiotics for 10 days. In the future I will not go back to this clinic because I do not feel I received proper care yet was charged s fee which Humana did not cover. Furthermore had I not persisted in getting care i may have developed a more complicated issue. read more

We are from out of town and my boyfriend had food poisoning. We went first thing when they opened. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and the assistant was great. They were so helpful and kind and you could tell they truly cared about his well being. read more

Went in for my wife's broken foot at about 10 AM but not able to be seen for hours and unable to wait in the clinic so were instructed to wait outside (in 40 degree weather) as there was no waiting in the lobby. Quick care this place is NOT. This is our one (an only) experience at a Quick(?) Care facility. Never again. Went to the Emergency Room at Bayfront Health Seven Rivers and were seen nearly imeediately. read more

Went to crystal river location, All the staff was nice and professional! The girls got me back quickly and I saw the NP Ellen. She was great! I was in and out in no time. I actually had to come back the same day so my son could be seen and everyone was so patient with him (he's one and a half years old) they took their time and never made me feel like I was being rushed or that I'm/we were just another patient. I remember Melisa and Katie or maybe it was Kaylee, either way everyone was awesome and my results came back super quick! Thank you I would definitely recommend and I'll go back. read more

Just walked out of Quick Care Med, very angry and probably left with a parting profanity. I called earlier in the day and was told staff went to lunch and wouldn't be back until around a quarter to three. It took me fifteen minutes to use the tablet to sign in. Everyone before me (maybe three peope used the same dirty tablet to sign in. Around 330PM I was called back to a room near the front door and left there close to an hour. I complained about the cold temperature and asked the young lady with the two inch eyelashes if I could wait in the waiting room until the provider could see me. I was told no because the provider couldn't see me in the waiting room, but the temperature could be turned down. Another 20 minutes passed. I asked the women at the front desk if I was being "worked in" as other people before me had already been seen. I was never told to make an appointment online and the website says nothing about it. The same woman said that all the other people had arranged an appointment on line and that the provider was 78 and was working as fast as he could. I then asked why there was only one provider and was told "ask the manager". I was given her name after asking two or three times... Brittany Gustafson. I concluded that I would probably be there freezing until the clinic closed at 7pm without an online appointment and left. I would NEVER go back to that facility under any circumstances given rude treatment and apparent lack of informing the public and about their appointment procedures. Ms. Gustafson needs to read the damning reviews which pinpoint the problems at this clinic. I feel sorry for the overworked PA. read more

I called first as I have an emotional young teenager daughter and I knew she would be upset regarding her injuries. I explained I would be paying cash but I knew she needed sutures. I wanted to ensure someone with a tenderness would be available. I was told yes and bring her in. She was emotional but not violent. The PA states as long as she is this upset he wouldn't treat her and send her on her way. Considering covid and we are without insurance due to a company change the ER was out of the question. The PA then stated the Er would be able to restrain her. WHAT! Over her being emotional?!? If they would have explained the PA was rude and heartless I would have taken her elsewhere. Even the lady at the front office is rude, the only kind person was the nurse! Eventually she calmed down and he did treat her. But what a way to start out. He knew we were from out of town and would not be returning. Please find another clinic especially if you have a child who is a little dramatic. I presented with 10/10 lower back pain. I was not examined. I explained that I have severe lumbar stenosis that was presently exacerbated. In the past, 60 mg injection of Toradol/ketorolac, a NON NARCOTIC anti inflammatory, was sufficient to quell the 10/10 pain and allow me to continue my normal activities. The NP there immediately scoffed at my request, stating that it was an overdose and contra indicated on someone with an NSAID intolerance and past hx of gastric bleed (15 yrs ago). I explained that it was for that reason that I was told by GI to only received NSAIDs and steroids by IV or IM injection and that I have received it over the years without any adverse events. I tried to show her on the FDA website the recommended dosages of ketorolac by IM injection, (60 mg every6 hrs) at which point she said that she was prohibited by clinic protocol and the clinic's Dr. from giving that dose. I asked her to please call her collaborating physician but she refused. I was forced to drive to 7 Rivers Hospital ER to get the injection. The pain of getting in and out of the car, driving, walking and added time without relief is unforgivable. If you don't know something, look it up. There is no excuse in the age of free flowing information on the internet not to instruct yourself, as is refusal to consult the clinic physician/collaborator. They have a saying in latin countries that states, "They that by choice, refuse to be educated, are inherently the most ignorant". read more
