Got my first oil change today, it was about 10 minutes. These guys are super friendly and even gave me $5 off on my oil change.

Wow. almost feels like an expert military operation, or going back in time to Texaco 1950's. Clock starts ticking when you pull in and 3 guys start going over the entire vehicle while another takes 'your order'. Efficiency & Affordable read more

Its nice to be able to get your oil changed without an appointment. This place is great for people with busy schedules -- they get you in and out quick. I just wish there was a location closer to Mckinleyville that I could go to. read more

This place is AMAZING outstanding fast service. We had s low oil light come on. Had Juffy Lube services it 60 days earlier in So Cal. Came here they found the oil filter lose they replaced it cleaned it and covered our back end. They do business the way it should be done. Highly recommended. Fast professional service. read more

The service was ridiculously quick. They are really on the ball. They will offer extra services but are quick to accept a no. You stay in your car and the first thing they do is offer a drink. read more

Amazing. We were driving through on our way home to Arizona. Googled oil change Eureka and this was top search. As soon as we drove up the nice, clean cut young man greated us, offered us hot chocolate, coffee and water. You can tell these guys are serious about what they do. You can hear them calling out to each other as they work on the incoming vehicles. If this was the best drive thru hamburger to be had in town ....this is where i would come!! Thank you for such great service and just being professional and friendly. Do you guys have locations in Az?? read more

Fantastic! It was fun to just drive up & have a pit crew take care of my car. They just told me what they recommended & didn't pressure me to do any extras. Quick, friendly & they even gave me a free Coke. They answered all of my questions & everyone seemed to be in a great mood. I will definitely be back & would recommend. read more

Classic old fashioned full service in a good way. Very friendly and professional. Very glad we stopped here!! They even offered us complimentary beverages while we waited in our car. :) read more

Every time I come here I love it even more. If it weren't for Premier and all the extra stuff they do (check all fluids, tires, etc. And bring you a beverage) I would change my own oil. They make it so easy! read more

I love coming here. My sister told me about them a couple of years ago, and I've been a return customer ever since. Oil changes are $43, and you sit in the car, with a complimentary beverage of choice, and get filled in on what's up with your vehicle while they work. I get anything they recommend, it's affordable, it's quick, everyone is positive and upbeat, I can't think of anything negative. I guess I could say I wish they did more, like brake work; I'd come here for that too. If you haven't been here, try it! You'll enjoy it and wonder why you hadn't before. read more

Like stepping back in time (in a good way) Excellent service. Friendly staff. Not too expensive. You pull up and stay in your car whole a team of young men zip around you and yell things like "check". This was actually kinda fun... read more

The specialist, David, a true professional I've worked through out Las Vegas and Southern California and came all the way to Eureka from Redway to get my oil changed because of the reviews on here. The service is like a NASCAR Oil change pit stop. There's a line but they are efficient, professional, and no time wasted. The communication between everyone is on point. I stopped in got a full oil change, transmission fluid change, basically all the fluids changed because the dirt in mountains are not a joke. Next stop car wash. read more

Very professional, they offer things to sell but in my experience they have never pushed a product after I politely said no. They work very quick. Takes 5-10 min max and they pump your tires and grease your door hinges for free. Nowhere else compares, between 40-50$ for an oil change but it's worth it! read more

Yeah, you can do it yourself for cheaper but these guys are top notch. Good service and lots of "extras" that are worth it to me.

This place is getting five stars from me. I take my personal vehicle here. They offer the complimentary beverages. All of the employees are friendly and not bad to look at. Took the work vehicle here and they got me in and out and on my way in a decent amount of time, for the amount of cars they had coming through. Prices are great and they always offer services for a later time if fluids look rusty. Good work guys. read more

This place is great! The service is stellar, the atmosphere is laid back (even amidst the slightly military-sounding barking between employees), and the complimentary beverages are always cold. The only thing that keeps it out of the 5-star wonderland is that they ride the North-Coast's crappy bubble of overpricing products. If they had $25 tuesdays or some such (instead of Everyday $43 standard oil changes), I'd give them 5+! Thanks guys for taking care of my car. read more

This is by far the best place to come get your headlight fixed or get new windshield wipers installed. You drive in... they give you a cold drink... and you can just wait in your car while the work is done. They also check all of your fluids and wash your windshield. Sweet. It IS a bit expensive. Too expensive, really, for a regular oil change - though you can find some coupons, which helps. The 4 stars are for the super convenience. Quick and easy. If they were also cheap - it'd be an easy 5 stars. read more

I like being able to just drive there and get my oil change. i wish they were a little cheaper for an oil place, but it does the job when you think about it at the last minute. read more

GO HERE!!! These men are gentlemen for sure & know what they're doing! We are just driving away after our inexpensive 10 minute visit. Tony was super rad & not only did we finally knock oil change off our chore list but had a good time & a few laughs. Thanks guys! Thankful to find another trustworthy business, that's hard to find, this place is a gem ;) read more

Great spot for an oil change! I like the idea of no appointments, just first come first serve. The guys working here were not only good looking, but they work very hard. All of the guys servicing my car informed me of what they were doing. They talked to me comprehensively and respectfully. I will be back for my next oil change! read more

Fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices. Awesome experience. This isn't a place you drop off your vehicle you pull in and they service the vehicle while you are in it. No pressure to add on service they simply show you fluids and filters and you decide if you want it. read more

Cody was very kind and professional and gave our dog a complimentary Kirkland brand dog treat. We had another gentleman, Tyler, assist at the hood. The service was fast but I did have a misunderstanding on the synthetic upcharge. $6.50/qt on top of $43.99 base oil change price, leading in total to an $83.xx final bill. Good service if you can fight off the upcharges or don't mind the extra costs. read more

Very upset , went in a for an oil change , I asked the gentle man what was a particular gauge and it's function in my truck, he tells me and the manager tells me that they have never seen such a gauge , it turned out to be the oil gauge read more

These guys are GREAT! I own a fleet of 30 trucks and having them change my oil is a no brainer. Fast, Efficient, and the price is impossible to beat. Thank you guys! read more

Love coming here to get my oil changed. They are so fast & do a great job. On top of that they are incredibly friendly & offer you a beverage while you wait. You never even have to leave your car to get a great oil change with personable service. They offer a lot of extras but they are all optional & overall it's affordable & convenient! David helped us & was a great attendant. I highly recommend coming here! read more

Been coming here for awhile with no problems, until my last visit. They forgot to put the dipstick back in on my front differential - my engine was smoking and oil was everywhere. My mechanic said he has heard several similar stories about this place. Mistakes happen, but if there are 2-3 guys working on each vehicle then it should have been noticed by someone. I have now purchased a new vehicle and won't be coming here. read more

I've been here twice and I love these guys! Prompt, professional, and friendly service. They greet you as soon as you pull up, and offer you a beverage. There is always a wait, because they're popular (and no appointment required!), buuuuut they have WiFi! So sit back, relax, and catch up on the drama posted on Facebook by people you haven't seen in 10 years. They do try to sell you additional services/treatments in addition to an oil change, but they're not pushy about it, it's convenient to get everything done all at once, and hey, they have to make a buck! read more

it's really that good that i would bother to write a review for an oil change. it's super professional. just be prepared to say no to a lot of additional sevices! read more

I've been a customer here for 4 years now, been very satisfied till recently. Before they were getting everything done right, but these last few times, after i look under the hood, some of the caps to my washer fluid, oil, etc. has been completely off or loose. i gave them two more shots, but this is the third time it's happened in a row, so I will be getting my vehicles maintained elsewhere read more

I've always changed my own oil but I recently had to take a company vehicle in to Premier. I thought it would take 15-30 minutes but it ended up taking a full hour. Having to listen to the mechanic chatter was annoying and the amount of upsell they try to do put's McDonald's to shame. I would never take my personal vehicle there as I can do my own oil change in less than an hour, and certainly for less than $49. read more

Went for a simple oil change. The attendant removed the air filter and somehow could not get the parts back together. After watching, waiting and listening for a while, it seemed that they were in way over their heads. They twisted the components and associated wiring thus creating a situation that had to be fixed to prevent parts/wiring failure. The manager asked me if I wanted to fix it (which I did end up doing) but never offered an apology for their incompetence or a even a price discount. Will never go there again! read more

I will never go back here again. I have taken my old cars in here without issues however this last time I went in and a simple oil change NOTHING ELSE ended up costing me 125.00 they also pushed and pushed about other services even after I told them it was taken to the dealer for normal service. I feel they tried to manipulate me by showing not fluid and saying it needed to be changed if j didnt know the exact date it was last changed. I just bought the car. there was no pricing available outside and they were very pushy with every service ever after I stated no. They also stated it would only be an additional 6 dollars for synthetic and t ended up being an additional 6 dollars a qt....I would not have gone here for that cost. They should have been clear it wasnt 6 dollars flat but per quart . Why does a oil change cost 50$ but then the filters an additional 10 and the oil is anouth 60 ?. What is 50$ for ? I feel very cheated and will never go back. read more

If there was a 4.5 stars I would choose that because while I was super pleased with the service the price was more than I was expecting- but for valid things I think, however I did have to watch for the up-sale, though they weren't pushy about it at all. Tom and Phil did a great, quick job of changing my oil and air filters. The fact I didn't have to get out of my car on a cold day was lovely. That they offer a complimentary beverage while your car is being serviced is fantastic- the hot cocoa warmed me up. And that they showed me what they were doing and presented me with options and suggestions was wonderful. I was able to make informed decisions about what I thought needed doing now and what could wait for next time. They even checked my tires since I was concerned about the air pressure with the dramatic temperature difference from where I had been prior to arrival in Eureka. I will certainly take my family's vehicles there again for service- and this time I will know that they might have some important suggestions in advance but that I won't be pressured. read more

Ok so I'm a big fan of doing it myself. But being new to town and not having any of my tools I stopped by. It's easy and to be honest kind of fun how they yell around. Yes they try and get some other up sells but hey can't fault them for that. It was quick and easy. It was my first time there and when it came time to pay I was a bit surprised. I got just a oil change and it was $54 I would of expected a little less in the cost seeing as the dealership is about the same price. However you pay for the easy of drive in drive out and not dropping it off like at the dealer. Also came on a Saturday morning. Over all I would come back. read more

This place is great, friendly and customer-oriented. When I first moved to Humboldt county I had a hard time finding a fairly priced place to get my regular oil changes done. Plus it is hard to find an auto shop open on weekends! This place is fast and on the right price point. I liked that they actually showed me clean fluid vs. what was in my car at the time so I could make my own decision about what extra services to spring for and the fact that I got to stay in my car the whole time meant I saw the whole operation go down. There was no 'hiding' anything from the customer here! They are not pushy at all, but encourage you to make informed decisions about your car's maintenance. They definitely gained a repeat customer in me today. read more

Had a friend change my oil last week and knew something wasn't right, loss of pressure tons of oil leaking . I took my car to premier and they fixed it right away! All of the workers were very friendly and attentive, explaining what had happened and offering me something to drink while I waited. They told me how my stock plastic oil filter cap had broken and replaced with a metal one, for free! I will definitely be back there to get my oil changed last time. They were very helpful. read more

I took my 2014 Toyota RAV4 into Premier to get my fluids changed. They tried to change my Transmission and stripped the drain plug. Then they proceeded to blame the Dealer I bought the care from, but I have proof that the dealer did NOT strip the plug. Thus proving that Premier stripped my Transmission Drain Plug and were too cowardly to be honest enough with me about and instead placed the false blame to my dealer. I will never go back to this place, I will never recommend this place to a friend or family and personally I hold them solely responsible for the damage that I NOW have to pay for. Thanks for being shitty. read more

Super helpful. Very professional and courteous. You are involved in the process. They show you the parts they are changing out. Quick service. The only thing they could change is possibly talking a bit slower. read more

Five stars for Jacobe!! Service was very professional and friendly. These gentlemen have strong business support system. There is an automatic trust level built due to their sense of knowledge and teamwork! read more

Thank you for changing my transmission fluid and not taking all day to do it! Even with a few cars ahead of me they were quick, prompt to assist, and professional. It was unique being able to sit in your car while they service it and getting to watch exactly what the do. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my experience here and will be back again for maintenance when the time arrives! read more
