My truck was involved in a minor collision damaging the wing mirror and dented the hood. Their service was impeccable and the job they performed was outstanding. I was kept informed of progress and the estimated time of completion. Every one I dealt with was professional and friendly. I would highly reccomend this business to anyone that needs auto body work done. The person that reccomended this auto shopto me said to ask for Ronny. I did not initially speak with him but did a little later. I found out later he was actually the owner og the business. you would never know it in speaking with him, he is a very nice down to earth guy. A very pleasurable experience throughout the process of my truck repair. They now have a customer for life for any other auto body repairs I may need. read more

Once again they did it again this time was my second time going and as the first time I went great service and staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else that's the first mistake I did this second time around was to go to a different place instead of Premier Collision, I thought I was gonna get the same service as Premier Collision and instead I got a bad service and a bad job repair, but Premier Collision fixed and got my car up and running in no time. Thank you so much I really appreciate it, the hustle that you guys had to go through going back and forth with the shop that did a bad job on my car. Once again thank you so much and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! anyone for their car needs to come and get their car fixed at PREMIER COLLISION!! read more

So, I recently got a 2005 Dyna low rider Harly Davidson. They did not produce a lot of these bikes, I was lucky enough to find one that had been garaged only 5,000 miles and flawless. I wanted to "polish" it up some so I took it to Premier Collision Center. I met Ronnie when I walked in, I asked for his opinion on a detailed job for the bike. I told him my main goal was to do no harm! He told me it would benefit me to detail the bike out. He said it would bring back a lot of luster to the paint. Three days later, I went back to pick up the bike, I could not believe it!!! It was absolutely beautiful. I wish to thank Ronnie and his crew who did a hella good job. I couldn't be any happier. read more

A large stray dog ran in front of my SUV recently and I couldn't avoid hitting it. The dog wrecked the front of my car and did a lot of damage underneath as well. The AAA tow truck was unavailable so someone from Premiere came out with their tow truck and picked up my vehicle. There was a lot of damage, but two weeks later I had my SUV back in beautiful condition as well as spotlessly clean. The repairs were thorough and I've had no trouble since the repairs were done. Everyone I dealt with was honest and there were no surprises. It's nice when everything gets fixed the first time as it is supposed to, and they handled the entire insurance paperwork as well. Very professional staff. read more

A few months ago, my clips broke on the tracks of my sunroof and I couldn't close it. It was on a Friday around 4ish. Without hesitation I took my car in right away, (I had plans to go to the coast the next day!) there was no guarantee that they could get it closed without breaking the glass, but I had all the faith that they could get er done! And sure enough they were able close the window without breaking the glass! Needless to say I was so greatful! I asked em how much it was going to cost and they said no charge! I even tried to give them a tip, but they wouldn't except it. Premier Collision is the only place my family and I trust to repair our vehicles. Thank you again! read more

Quality repairs were done on my Lexus, it took the number of days to complete that I was quoted, and I was called at the completion of repairs as promised. My Honda Accord had it's catalytic converter stolen and I chose Premier to get it repaired. The came out and towed the car to the shop. Getting the parts was difficult and took about 6 weeks, which was out of their control. Once the parts were in, they got it done! I came in to pick it up and was surprised to see that my dusty car had been detailed inside and out! Nice touch Premier! I highly recommend them. I got to meet most of the team and I was impressed by their professionalism. read more

First and foremost, the staff is excellent -- they communicate effectively, they're professional, they're friendly and they don't give you the runaround. My vehicle was overseen by Kenji who was a pleasure to work with. My car was returned to me like new and in the end, the manager reviewed my warranty to reassure me I could return it in any case of dissatisfaction. The level of professionalism was excellent. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of repair. read more

I am so fortunate that I found this shop. Ronny has gone over & above excellence. Everyone is so nice & professional. I would highly recommend Premier to everyone ,especially to someone that is restoring old cars & trucks. Ronny even fixed my right front fender that had a very bad patch job done. He felt so bad when I toll him that someone scammed me into a quick fix . Ronny took care of it at no change . He is a "stand up " kind of guy. Thanks again Ronny! read more

Transparent service and updates you on what's going on. When I went to pick up my car, it looked pretty amazing and practically brand new. If there are delays they will call you and let you know. I still have a part that needs replacing, but they were open to let me know what time works best to get it put in. I can't comment too much on their estimates or what services they provide considering I went through insurance to fix damages. read more
