So I got about 4 different quotes back from these "mobile auto body repair" or "on the spot repair" service guys ranging from $460 to $650 but after reading some horror stories about these types of services (scams) on Craigslist I decided to go with a reputable company and take it to Maaco but the only problem was that they are all the way in Modesto and I didn't want to have to make the trip with two vehicles along with two babies all of the way over there so I thought what the heck, I'll go ahead and see what the local guys will charge before making the trip to Modesto. So I went to one body shop here in atwater and told them my plans to take my car to maaco but that I'd like a quote from them first so they took pictures and some notes and said that they would get back to me with a quote but I never heard back from them. I then made my way over to Loretto's Auto Body Repair and the owner Dan, a very nice guy, gave me a quote of only $500 right on the spot! Which was cheaper than most of those potential scam artists on Craigslist. So Dan and his crew fixed my car and it looks amazing! In fact, when I showed up to pick up my car I forgot what side had been damaged. So if you need auto body repair at a good price then this is the place to go! You won't be disappointed. These guys work hard and made my car look as good as new! One side note: they don't take ATM or credit cards so be prepared to pay cash but this is a very minor inconvenience considering their great prices
