Shame on me. You know what they say, the first time its their fault and the second time its yours. I've learned my lesson and I won't return. From a rear blind spot sensor alarming at parked cars and bushes to my bumper falling off after the first time. I thought, well.. People make mistakes and the fixed it in the end. The second time though after getting my car back and the heater not working....They checked it and couldn't figure it out. So, I ended up at a mechanic with $200 bill to find out that my car was left without radiator fluid. Really? Thanks guys! I was recommended this shop by a friend told me they did a great job and were quick. My car was stolen and found with lots of damage so decided to go here and surprise my car took 5 months to get fixed. I did understand that my car was rare and very little parts available on the market barely any aftermarket parts. At first everything was great had good customer service and communication but 2 months after my car sat at their shop I was getting no calls text or any update whatsoever so decided to call told me they couldn't find any parts and they needed a front bumper. So I took matter into my own hands and found the parts they couldn't even find myself and surprise I did felt like they weren't even trying to find them at that point. So after it's ordered and delivered another 2 months go by and still I get no update only that my bumper was finally there. I kept texting the owner and he would just tell me another week, another week, and another week seemed like nothing was getting done! Finally my cars done well not fully to this day I'm still missing a rear splash guard they never got. Now the day I picked it up my car was no where near done when I drove it off their lot found out my speakers were not working at all can't hear my blinkers hazards radio nothing at all no noise. Then my rear right window would not go down or up at all and my driver door was rubbing on the fender! Felt like they rushed my car at the end just to shut me up when all I wanted was updates on my dam car ! So I took it back Eloy was the guy in charge of my car and at this point I was fed up with the horrible communication by him told me to take my car back I did then he told me he couldn't take it that day to come back following week Monday which some stuff came up so I took it in Tuesday. Come to find out supposedly he scheduled an appointment with Chevrolet dealer that I had no idea about didn't bother to call me and tell me it was urgent for me to take it back nothing and when I go in the dam guy is ready with a attitude and horrible customer service blaming me for missing an appointment I didn't even know about. So I leave my car with them again told me car could be done in 2 days but they couldn't fix my stereo since they blame the theft for the reason it's broken even tho when it was dropped off I could hear my blinkers and Chevy chime when car would turn on now it didn't even make any of those noises. So 3 days pass and I get no call about my car being done I decided call Eloy and ask what's going on and again guy is ready full of attitude telling me they've been blowing up my phone when I got no call at all! Blamed me for not answering when either they didn't call me at all or they were calling the wrong number but again according to him it was my fault. Luckily when I went in final time he was not there so i did not have to see him once more time. I forgot to add they were about to return my car with bald tires because when it was stolen those guys did donuts and joyride my car and insurance added money for new tires which Eloy did not even notice it on the estimate until I mentioned it to him! So I was going to get my car back on super bald tires if it wasn't for me noticing it. So if you have a nice car you really value and want taken care of the way it should don't come here! I barely had the car for 1 year and it spent half that year at this dam shop. Mind you this was an insurance job they charged my insurance alot of money for crappy rushed work for my car to still not be fixed correctly. Please think twice before coming here I see alot of good reviews maybe they do good work on small projects but big damages stay away from this dam place and be ready to deal with the horrible staff. read more

I was in a small fender bender and the person that hit me asked to not go through the insurance. So I did my due diligence and I got four estimates and we both agreed on this shop for it's expertise and affordability. When I brought the car in for the estimate, I noticed that they were fixing city vehicles, (transportation buses, police cars, emergency vehicles) and saw this as a good sign and I was right! They are very good at what they do, so heads up- you will most likely have to wait to get in a few weeks but it will be worth it. Top it off, they cleaned my car inside and out! Spotless!!! :) Stephanie, front office manager is a powerhouse to say the least and Hayleigh her fabulous assistant is very helpful and both equally talented and informative. They are very professional everyone there was helpful from the receptionist Cathy to the mechanic that helped me put my child seat in the car for me. Concept was recommended by my insurance. Great that they are here in Ceres. I was told 4 days & they had it ready in 4 days. There was one small problem with the front grill. They said they had overlooked it when taking the pictures for the insurance. They received authorization to replace & that also turned into both headlights needing to be replaced also. My husband took it down & they had it done in about an hour while he waited. GREAT place!!!! GREAT people!!!! They took responsibility for the mistake & went above & beyond to make sure it was done right. We are human & we all make mistakes. They are #1 in my book. A side note our windshield washer hoses broke. It's a 2010 Ford. So they gave us a price that we will pay for since it had nothing to do with the accident. Customer Service is everything. This wasn't my first car to bring here that I was completely happy with but my second. My 2015 Honda Civic which my Mom drives. She had a little mishap where the light pole won but thank God she's ok. I was concerned with getting the car fixed so close to Christmas but Josh the owner told me he would make it happen. Not only did he make it happen but when they found more damage then expected and needed the car a few more days they actually helped my Mom with her errands to do as she had No other transportation. This place is awesome. Fixed my daughter's car in a day, no appointment. Did an A1 job. You want it done me right take you vehicle here.

I brought this shop a relatively easy job to do. They were slow at the time and welcomed my job. Come in Monday they said, we will have you out by tuesday. Josh went over my prep work and said everything looked good except for a small dent I had missed on the rear door. We can spot that in later if it's an issue he said. Other than that, he said my prep work looked good. Well the job turned out like shit, and now Josh claims that my prep work was garbage and the product sucked ($285 per gallon x 3) and that they were doing me a favor, and that this was "a nothing job" and he had a $15K payroll to meet every week, blah blah blah. I had offered to pay time and materials up front, so no one got shorted. Anyhow long story short, they are making all kinds of excuses for their poor workmanship. Even the paint manufacturer says they screwed up, but Josh continues to make BS excuses. In the end I will have to redo the job as the paint is full of orange peel and dirt. If they were having a problem, they should have stopped and contacted me. We could have worked on a solution. Instead they continued, and now I have a sub standard paint job and basically wasted approximately 100 hours of prep time and $1000 in materials, plus $1100 in services from Concept. All down the drain in 2 days due to bad attitude, and making excuses. I have contracted with many businesses over the years for maintenance and paint work on aircraft and vehicles. Never have I met such a disrespectful, rude business owner with a terrible attitude. Oh and BTW.... all these peachy reviews are insurance jobs. Josh even said so himself, he needs the big money jobs to pay the bills and my job was a "nothing job." That says it all folks! And he had the audacity to tell me how he was mocking me with his employees, telling the guys in back my bodywork sucked, and telling the lady up front that "He shouldn't have to listen to my complaints" because it was a "nothing job." Just incredible I tell you, having to listen to his BS come out of his mouth. Worst business transaction ever. Bar none! read more

Took my Infiniti G35 for collision repair. One of my worst experiences. Made the mistake of trusting them to repair our car. They had it for almost 2 months and they did a real sh*tty job. When I picked up the car I noticed almost a half inch gap between the hood and the fender. I brought this to the owners attention and he told me it should sit after I drive it for a couple of weeks (really?). The hood is actually bent. They didn't bother to order a new weather strip for around/underneath the hood and instead just ghetto rigged it. The fenders weren't even bolted down all the way (found this out a month later when I was cleaning underneath the hood) and they didn't order the tow hook cover for the front so there's a hole in my lower front bumper. The guy makes excuses (bs') about anything questionable. Told me they stand behind their work and if anything isn't right just bring it back. So I get my keys and leave and on the way home (freeway) my car is acting a little weird. Noticed the transmission wasn't shifting as smoothly but it's been sitting for a while so maybe it was just a bit rough. So I get off the freeway and head to my cousin who's a mechanic. Now my transmission is revving really high and I'm in auto mode. Get to my cousin and we go for a ride around the block so he can see what's going on. We get down the road and notice smoke coming from under the hood. Pop the hood and there's oil all over the place, I mean everywhere. The idiots at this body shop forgot to connect the transmission oil line...how does someone miss that. So I call them and they tow it back to the shop and fix it but god knows how much damage has been done to the transmission. Since then our car jerks when you take off or after you release and give it gas again. I didn't even bother going back to these incompetent people because the owner will make an excuse for everything. Even though he said they stand behind their work I just don't want them to ever touch our car again. Oh, they must have dinged the door (which had no damage) at the shop and they did a touch-up and the color is way off. It's about 5" long but damn does it stand out in natural light. Bugs the crap outta me. Avoid this body shop people and save yourself a massive headache. read more

I've had awesome experiences with Concept! My Jeep Liberty was in an accident before I bought it, and Concept helped me get it looking brand new again! My latest experience with them was this past week. The heater core has gone out 3 times in the past couple months and the stench from the antifreeze leaking into the cab of my car had yet to leave. Took it to Concept to get it detailed before I went on vacation this week and it was finished before I got back. The smell is gone and my car looks absolutely amazing! This is one of the worst places to get your car worked on. Very sloppy job. They forgot to put back the bolts on my truck bed. On the bumper on the wheel wall. Owner takes zero responsibility. They even tore my window tint the owners response was it was old any ways WOW so they didn't replaced it. I brought my 2013 toyota corolla to concept autobody with an estimate of 10k worth of damage. I was amazed when I walked into their newly remodeled show room. They had a tv so my child could sit while they went over my paperwork. They helped me get my rental car and even took me to the rental place so I didnt have to find someone to give me a ride. They called through out the process keeping me updated. With the amount of damage done to the car I was spectical, but when they met me at the rental car place my car was beautiful.
