I was rear ended and decided to bring my car here because of all the great things I've heard. My car looks brand new!! I'm super happy with everything! The front staff is super friendly & the owner was good at communicating with me throughout the process. read more

Customer service was great I had the pleasure to work with carols , BUT when it came down to the bodywork . Parts weren't aligned correctly after being there for a month and a half . All they did was slap on the fender and the bumper didn't bother to aligned anything instead I found out they did Mickey Mouse job to correct it, a week later is coming apart . So disappointed in the work they put in my car. read more

This shop doesn't deserve a star. I chose this location because it's closer to my home. Horrible decision doing so. I HAD to call twice to set up an appointment. We visit the location for them to tell us, allow 2-4 days for insurance to approve. Day 6 rolls around my insurance never received any work order. I had to call back twice (this shop) to get someone on the phone to figure out what's the hold up!!! She didn't explain or give advice on how their process works I had to ask because my other claims with another company was smooth sailing & I did NOT have to chase anyone! I'm still here waiting, waiting & leaning towards taking my business elsewhere where people/companies hire good employees & good service. read more

A couple weeks ago I had a small accident that resulted in me lightly scraping the side of my sister's car and messing up a long streak of paint. Feeling terrible and wanting to fix it right away, I turned to Premiere on the same day of the accident. I swung by and they were able to look at her car and gave me an estimate right away. The end result was an appointment the very next day that fixed everything like new for a very good price! I really could not be happier with their service, efficiency, and professionalism from the friendly office staff to a manager who examined the vehicle. I think his name was Kenji? It was a very positive experience. read more

Service was excellent. They have a professional and friendly environment. Will definitely be back when needed. Definitely recommend this spot. Thank you Ronny! read more

Started my experience a couple of years ago when my vehicle was rear ended. Was a good day when my car was repaired and I drove away quite satisfied. Returned again recently to replace a broken part which was replaced anew and the car was detailed beautifully. Car looks new again! read more

I had to take my wife's Buick Enclave in because some jerk ran a red light and my wife car was damaged. The grill was smashed in and bumper and other stuff was also damaged!! So I went to Premier Collision Center where I was treated great. Levi took care of explaining on how the process worked with parts, the repairs and how the insurance process worked. Ronnie and his team took care of all the work and brought the car back to looking new again. The also went the extra mile and power washed the engine and washed and detailed the car. These guys were AWESOME!! Thanks for everything!! read more

I had my 2013 Volkswagen put in this shop to fix my door handle and tighten up bumpers. At first I thought it was ok until they told me to open door carefully or handle would come off and when I got it home they had only pushed in my back bumper and did not clip it on. Then I was told my car was being detailed, it was not. I paid almost $800 for something I could have done myself. I was also given part of my door handle in a zip lock bag. read more

This place was recommended by my insurance company for repairs so I was a little apprehensive, but I was more then pleasantly surprised. From the first moment I called to the time I picked up my truck, the staff was very friendly, professional and responsive. I was kept informed throughout the entire repair process and when I picked up my truck, it was washed and ready to go. The shop and office were clean and all the staff I encountered was friendly and professional. I will be keeping this shop in mind the next time I need any body work or repairs for my vehicles. read more

Best autobody shop I have ever been to. The entire team is great and did fantastic work on my truck after an auto accident and the entire bed had to fixed. They truly care about the quality of their work and deserve more praise. Thank you for everything. read more

Our car was vandalized on the passenger door and window. I called the Shop Roni answerd and said to take it in. I have never had their services in the past but wanted to give them a chance. We made the right choice with Premier, he was very curious and great customer service. He took care of our car and made it look like it was never damaged. He also washed and left our car nice. I totally would recommend this shop to all my family and friends. Their turn around was quick on finishing a awesome job and super happy customer!! read more

They upcharge more than any other mechanic I have been to. They neglect to fix the problem. My car came back to me with a giant scratch on the door, dirt all over the car mixed with oily hand prints. They are sloppy. read more

Great customer service helpful and considerate. Quick with a estimate and works well with insurance

I am very pleased with the work they did on my car. They did keep in contact with me during the process which I really liked. They texted me 3 times a week to let me know where my car was at. I am really glad I had them do the work on my car. If I ever have to have anymore work done again I would gladly take my car back to them. Their work is lifetime guarantee. Everyone that I talked to is very friendly. From the first time that I talked to them they were friendly from the very beginning all the way through to me picking up my car. I definitely recommend them if you need anymore work done on your car. There was even this dent on my car besides from what I was coming in for they took that out. Thank you guys for the work you done on my car. read more

Terrible! terrible!!. Dealt with Ronnie . Super unprofessional and disrespectful over the phone . Blamed his employees for short comings. Absolutely, no accountability. How is someone like this still in business? Kept our car for 3 months . Cost me an extra $2000 in rental fees . They kept stringing us along and giving us false dates for completion. Full of excuses . Please have your insurance pick another place. read more

They had a 3 week notice to order the damage part but they didn't until last min. They claim that part still hasn't came. I was waiting a whole week for my car to be fixed and received it UNFIXED. ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, ITS RIDICULOUS. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND. read more

Someone hit my truck ,and their insurance sent me to Premier Collision Center. My radiator started leaking at the accident site. Of course, the insurance said it didn't happen because of the accident. But I can say that Brian at Premier Collision Center understood differently and stood by what he thought was right and got them to approve all damages. I felt very supported. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks to Brian and all the staff there at Premier Collision Center. read more

I dealt with Ronnie the owner majority of the time. I don't know if it's because we were two women but he kept making promises of the work he never intended to do, it was even including on the estimate. I never received any phone calls about my car or if it was done. So after a while I just started calling every 3 to 4 days. When I asked if they finished all the work that was on the estimate he would yell and say I'm "fabricating" promises he never made. Even though it was written on the estimate and he told me twice he would finish it. Ronnie yelled at me three times over the phone. He was extremely nice to the insurance adjuster lying to her saying my car has been sitting done for a week. Yet I spoke to him minutes ago before he spoke to the adjuster and found out he just finished something yesterday. So apparently he worked on my car yesterday but he told me and the adjuster he was going to charge me $80 for that day for storage and if I don't pick up my car today he was going to charge me another $80. Of course that did not happen because I went to the other shop to get proof that it was there yesterday but Ronnie never got the work done there because he wanted to claim he got work done which wasn't done. When I called the place that he said he sent it out to, they said they never got my car until yesterday. Because of this I called the Bureau of Automobile Repair. Ronnie for some reason gave me another woman's bill including her personal information of her vehicle including her phone number, address and full name. I'm sure even if you're a man Ronnie will give you false promises of work he never intends to do. He seems to quickly yell at women over the phone but wouldn't have the attitude in person probably because other people around. If you have work done and you catch them lying and trying to scam you, you can report them to Bureau of Auto Repair (BAR) so they can correct this scam behavior. The BAR was very nice and he took my concerns seriously. read more

I took my truck in for some body work and also got my plastics painted (Fenders, bumper, mirrors etc.). The shop was extremely helpful and reasonably priced. My car was burglarized and I had my window broken out, glass everywhere, scratches from the glass on the paint, tint messed up, and damage to the window frame. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. The staff was very professional and friendly. The final product was more than I expected. I would definitely return in the future and recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Rony and his shop Premier Collision Center are definitely the best auto body shop in and around the merced area I have had the unfortunate experiences of a couple of fender benders and and a couple of major damage accidents.... he has also done some upgrading painting to my new GMC DENALI truck perfectly matching one of the hardest paint colors out there which the white frost pearl on my truck he did that on a lot of the black plastics that come from factory and they came out looking better than factory work!! Anyhow every single time I've had any need for a body shop I make sure my vehicles go to Rony's shop no exceptions!!! My reason being is that from the first job he did for us about 5 years ago we got treated like family he's always going over and beyond from what any other shop would, and I am not just saying that... I have had the experience of dealing with some of the other shops in town that call themselves the best in town and believe me.. at all those other places they're bottom line is them and they're profits! Do not hesitate to give Rony your Bussines you'll be very happy and absolutely pleased that you did. Gabriel E read more

Staff was friendly on the phone. The estimator was also nice. So far no service complaints. But Masks optional? I walked in for a quote. The only protection the office had was a plastic curtain. Which would help the receptionist. If it wasn't for the fact that she walked passed it to greet me without a mask. After waiting for a few minutes. The estimator walks in. Again with no mask? Finally, a customer walks in. And again. No mask? I understand that this may not reflect the job. But it does add stress to an already stressed customer. read more

I am so grateful that out of 3 places recommended from Toyota Dealership, I picked Premier Collision Center. I have a 2018 RAV4 that got rear ended from a hit and run and its the most upsetting when my car is still brand new. It took longer that expected to get the work done for a very good reason...the quality of work and the precise attention to details they put into repairing my car went far beyond than I expected. My car came back better than before and they washed it for me too! Tires shined and the inside vacuumed and spotless. My car looks more new than before and I love it! Thanks also to Jessie, for keeping me informed with everything and making it less stressful for me. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality work and the workers are just amazing! read more

Back in January, my 13' Ford Fusion was t-boned in a residential neighborhood, snapping a control arm and breaking many other components within the rear, passenger side axle assembly. An insurance claim paid for the damages and the car sat in their shop for around a month. When I originally picked the car up, about a week went by before I realized I was hearing a thudding sound coming from the area that was fixed. I even drove the car to Monterrey that weekend. I called Premier (Jim) and told him about the issue and he warmly welcomed me and the vehicle back to his shop where the minor issue was fixed in a matter of minutes. A couple months later and the car drives as if it was never in that accident. Even though there was an error when I first picked up the car, I truly appreciated the level of service that was given to correct the problem. Thanks to Jim and the rest of the Premier team. Jim is highly recommended. read more

The owner Ronny is a great guy. I was getting my car fixed after and accident and it should have only taken a week, but there was a problem with the paint, so Ronny rented me a car out of his own pocket until I could get my car back. He also kept me up to date with a call almost every day letting me know what was happening. My car looks brand new again and you could never tell I was in an accident. I would definitely recommend this business if you need a repair. read more

If you ever need to bring your car somewhere to get fixed don't bring it to this place or if you do make sure to take your valuables out of your car because I had the small items that I couldn't find after my car was fixed I didn't think nothing of it at first I didn't really care I just wanted my car fixed it was almost a month that I didn't have my car and almost lost my job they said they have rentals but they didn't have them at the time but I seen on another review that the owner went out of pocket to give this person a rental car so you just have to be the right person I guess or female I should say, then a couple weeks later after my car was fixed my brake light goes out on the side that they fixed I brought it back to them and they fixed it and then a couple months later it went out again and they're telling me that I have to fix it because the bulb went out and they're not going to keep replacing it and I told them it was the side that you guys fixed that keeps going out and then to top it off the owner Ronny said they'll do it this one last time but after that I have to pay to fix it and I asked him why would it be going out so fast and he says I don't know maybe a cheap light bulb so I hope that says enough about this place an how they treat they're customers. read more
