I contacted Mark to report the problem, but he responded in a rude manner, referring to my vehicle as "the piece of shit Lexus is on the phone" . Regrettably, the other gentleman who assisted me also failed to install the temperature control on the dashboard. Despite these setbacks, the technician successfully resolved the issue without any further complications. Regrettably, the rudeness and disrespect displayed by Mark during the phone call overshadowed the overall positive experience. However, I believe Mark is the owner of Daryl's car audio system.

These guys rock! My…read moreradio lost the ability to provide AM/FM two years ago. I felt that with free satellite and CD's, I would be OK. NOPE! My Wrangler just cut me off from outside communications. The audio part I could handle. My Bluetooth, not so much. I took it to the dealer and was told that the best I could do would be a reconditioned unit at a base of $450.00. Pricey, especially for a previously abused unit. I've used Darylls in the past and thought "why not?". Let's give them a call. $392.00 for a brand new unit. Touch screen. All sorts of stuff that will take me months to figure out. They also paired my cell with the unit!!! The $392.00 is the final cost. Taxes, cables, install....all included. Very happy. I do have instructions manuals - which I will never use. Very happy with the product. I will figure it out someday. Looks cool. And I may not answer my fone for a bit. Perfection takes time.

As I walked in the bald guy sitting behind the counter, looks at me and just lift his head in a manner to ask me what I need. Doesn't greet me doesn't say how can I help you? Nothing, almost like I interrupted his TikTok time. They looked at each other, kind of scratched their head and said they couldn't help me. The person at the counter should not be customer facing. Not saying everyone there is like that, but I certainly didn't get the warm and fuzzy feeling that they would want my business. ‍

I showed the installer exactly how it was supposed to go on. When I came to pick it up the guy installed it backwards. When I showed him his mistake he refused to believe he screwed it up even though I showed him it wouldn't work in the car. My custom made leather was ruined from his trimming, stapling and gluing. That cost me close to $200.00. No apologies or admitting he did wrong. Only gave me the $40 back for installation after I threw a fit. I would never recommend this company for this type of work. This particular guy was a hack.

LS Auto Specialty made incorrect claims about an exhaust that we sold to them. They claimed they did not know it was a 'performance exhaust' when our listing clearly states that it is a performance item and has aggressive sound. We contacted them when we received their Return initiation / Not As Described claim and they have been completely unresponsive. We were forced to pay the $150 return shipping costs on an oversized shipment since their claim was opened as 'Not As Described'. It has been a couple weeks and we still have not received a single response from them regarding this, so we are left with no other choice here.
