After making arrangements to have a remote starter installed I was talking to the salesman and when I mentioned the certificate he said Hold On The price of the remote starter went up $120 Said something about the $379 being a "promotional "price. They responded from the corporate office and took care of me at the local level. The salesman at the shop (Joe) was really nice and easy to work with. I was very impressed by whom ever did the interior cleaning ( was done also on last yearly visit) but It really stood out this time. I planned to stop by the West Seneca location to let them know personally. That evening I was backing into my sons' place and noticed a slight ( and I mean slight) scratch on the hood of my truck. I hadn't noticed when I left the West Seneca site and even had a hard time seeing it when I knew where it was. So I stopped at the site and explained to them what I saw. They had no problems with bringing it back in for a reapplication. Brought in truck the next day and myself and Ryan went to check out what I had seen. Much to my chagrin I wasn't able to observe the scratch and neither could RYAN. I felt really bad about that but RYAN reassured me that they would inspect the vehicle and correct anything that might be found. OUTSTANDING!! Ziebart has an excellent employee working for them at the West Seneca site and should you find yourself at this location... ask for RYAN he'll take excellent care of you and your vehicle.
