My dad got me a car starter for Christmas! He bought it from Darrylls, and had an appointment set up the instillation in my car for me - so I had no part in that process, but the guys here made everything else fairly smooth. I was scheduled to have my car dropped off at 9:30am, anticipating it to be gone for the entire day. They gave me the option to upgrade my basic starter (but I opted not to.) They said to come around before they were scheduled to close if they didn't give me a call beforehand, but instillation for it didn't take any longer than 5 hours. They called me at about 2:30pm and I went to pick it up at 4. Like a breeze! The guys here were very kind, straight to business. No local car audio installers except Darylls would take care of my very complicated replacement of a dead radio. They said they could handle this problem and they did exactly as they said they would. Something in many of today's businesses is a thing called customer service. Mark, Tory, and the rest of the gang on French Road offered great service. They had to order a special, almost non-available radio harness. they had to rewire the whole system, they repaired an electric antenna and even got an old cassette working. these guys are masters at what they do. I had to replace my Sirius Radio and decided to go back to Darylls to have a new one installed in my car. I thought it was a bit pricey.. but I was short in time and decided to have it done. Next morning when I go to tune in to Howard Stern on Sirius 100 I find that it is not there. I called Sirius Corp (One of the biggest rip off companies you will ever deal with) and ask them what happened. They said the radio I purchased was a Sirius XM Radio not a Sirius radio and for $35.00 they would upgrade me and ONLY THEN could I hear Howard in the morning. My pockets were empty, and my good intentions to treat myself felt abused, and I really was disappointed. I called Mark at Darylls and told him I wasnt happy. He made a few phone calls, and called me back. He offered to give me the $35.00 to cover the "upgrade" at Sirius, (which I said no to- I don't want Sirius having another dollar) or to give him a couple weeks and he would find me a Sirius radio, which he did and installed. I'm glad he took the time to solve this for me- renews my faith in humanity a bit. read more

Got my brother a car starter for Christmas, via a LivingSocial deal. Can you believe that it took nearly 2 months to get an appointment?? It was a popular deal, especially during this brutal winter. Ha! We dropped the car off the night before, since they have a drop box. Daryll (or someone who works for him) called around 2 to say the car was all set for pick up. Super nice and funny guys! They seem more legit than Underground Autosound. Like, they actually explained that the starter has a lifetime warranty and the remotes 5-year warranties. Plus the starter will run for 25 minutes. My starter only runs for 10 before it shuts off. Seems way more organized here. I'd recommend these guys for sure! read more

I've been to pretty much every car audio place in the buffalo area over the last 16 years. These guys are the most consistent and only sell quality products. They aren't the cheapest everytime... and they shouldn't be. You get what you pay for guys! Avoid that chop shop on the Blvd. Shattered my windshield trying to tint a banner and wanted me to use my insurance to replace it. And they cut into my seals around my windows when fitting the tints. Imperfections in the roll itself... instead of going back for free(what they owed me) i just went elsewhere and paid out of pocket. Worth it. They guys installed 2 amps. Components front and rear. Workers are nice. That said, paid them nearly 700$ for a stereo/ speakers that shorted out Day one. Took it back for free repairs 4 times this summer/fall. This required me having someone drive me back and forth all them repairs. Also I thought this was kinda shitty they broke my 150$ double din brand new plastic dash kit in two places upon installation. Currently stereo is pushing out very high pitched dog whistle. Pretty sweet. Thanks Darylls Car Audio. I did my research and thought u guys had the biggest name/reputation which is why I didn't mind paying. Still waiting for manager to get back to me w any kind of compensation would gladly take this down but since this is the way it is. It would be insane for me to take my car back a fifth time for repairs. The definition of insanity. I hope you guys read this and realize you need to make it right!! I decided to treat myself and have a new stereo system installed with apple car play and a backup camera. During the installation they ran into a few issues. Thanks to Joe and his team they were on top of resolving those issues and making things right. Great customer service is rare nowadays but Daryll's Car Audio of Depew knows what it means and stands by their word. I couldn't be happier with the service of Darryl's. I got 2 car starters installed-1 in my car and 1 in my wives car. There was an issue with a ground wire in my car (no fault or cause by them-the car wasn't new) and Joe the manager and his staff stayed 2 hours after closing on a Saturday to fix it and ensure my vehicle was good to go. I even told him to just go home and I'd bring it back on Monday because it was so late and he refused and stated that "we're not leaving until the car starter works". If I could give 10 stars I would! I have been in the market for a remote starter for my car for a couple months now. After having an unpleasant experience at different shop in the past I decided to start reading reviews on other local places. I am very happy with my decision to go to Darylls Car Audio. I originally started at the Union Rd location and had the starter installed at the Dick Rd location as it was closer to my office. I literally missed 15 minutes of work between drop off, pick up and a tutorial of my starter. Mark and Joe were professional, polite and very knowledgeable.
