I started looking for a place to work on the stereo system in my vehicle in Batavia , stopped in Buffalo- Depew and ended in Niagara Falls, New York at Audio one ! I think it was Canada calling me , LOL. Jenn greeted me with a smile and chill vibes from the Rip. Chris was professional, patient , humble and cool from the start. I asked for a new sound system to my 2025 JEEP and a few other things. I was not disappointed. Extremely informative from Jenn and Chris . I invested a few dollars into my JEEP and I can say that I feel and know I received quality work . Nobody skipped out on my calls or texts and they kept it business when it came to the price . I've been getting work done there for several years. Alarm systems, Dash cams etc. I just had a new stereo and speakers installed to upgrade the crappy system that came with the car. I was looking into having a new radio installed in my car as the stock model was very lackluster. I looked around at a few places and had experiences that were not very good (ignored at a big box store for 45 minutes without so much as anyone asking if they could help me and one word responses from another shop). I called Audio One on a Friday before a holiday weekend to confirm the stores hours and make sure they weren't closing early. There was no initial answer on the phone (I get it. It could have been busy) but they called me back and because of a setting on my phone, their calls went straight to my voicemail. Audio One then went above and beyond and texted me and I not only had my initial question answered but was asked what I was looking for and details specific to my vehicle so they could have some recommendations ready for me when I came in later that day. I went in, listened to their recommendations and walked out a customer with the installation scheduled for the following week. The installation went smooth as well. I dropped it off the night before and they called me to let me know it was all set. When I came to pick it up, they helped me pair my phone with the radio and walked me through all of the features. I have purchased and had Audio One install quite a few remote starters for me over the years. Everyone was a clean install and has worked as it should. I just had a problem with one I had had installed on a Toyota Rav4 a number of years ago. I called and made an appointment to bring it in arrived at 4:00 was on my way with a working remote at 4:20. When I asked what I owed them the response was Nothing Have a Great Day! If only more places took care of their customers the way Audio One does. I had a couple quotes and decided to have Audio One install a Alpine ILX-507 Receiver into my 2009 Silverado as well as a Sirrus Xm receiver. The installation was neat and professional. Shortly after the install a few weeks later this unit had a new software update to fix some of the bugs to the wireless Apple Play connection. Not having the savoy to do update I called Lon for some help how to do it and he immediately said to bring it down they will handle it and then after texted me if everything was Ok. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to upgrade their vehicles audio system for the service and professional installation you'll get.
