When I got there for my appointment the ladies at the front desk for absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, welcoming, and went over everything! It's a plus that it's right by the mall so there's tons to do in walking distance while you wait. If you don't want to walk around though they do have a nice little waiting area inside. I really wanted to write a good review because they were really nice people.. But my experience wasn't the best. I came in to get a navigation system installed with steering wheel controls. They gave me the best quote and had good reviews from what I researched. I got there and they didn't have the system I was quoted so was recommended another one. Already driving there and just wanting to get it installed, I went off their recommendation without researching the product. The product retails anywhere between $150-$200 online and I was charged close to $350-$400 for it there. It's crap. I hate the interface, I hate the annoying beeps, I constantly have to reset the clock on the radio. The gps is always searching for a signal. There's no clock on the navigation. It's just the worst. I waited 4+ hours to get it installed, mainly because they couldn't figure out how to get the steering wheel controls to work. Turns out, only the volume controls work. Being quoted $200 for that option, I decided to have it taken out because $200 to just control the volume, which I think is the least distracting control, is a lot.... I only received $100 somehow as a refund. All in all, I paid $700 for a crappy nav system that's $200 most... So basically $500 for labor? What a rip.. Not too happy, and too frustrated to even bother complaining there, because I have a feeling I'll get nothing out of it. Nice people, though! read more

I went in with only with the positive reviews to guide me and am so glad I did. The amount of quality and variant work done in 5hrs was incredible in itself. From adding high end LED headlights and fogs with excellent detail, also adding /mounting resistors to complete my LED light upgrade on/in the entire vehicle. They were able to install a dual oil catch can set on my custom Uprev tuned '12 Nissan Juke! Aside from that, They did an oil change, tightened/checked all air/vacuum lines, adjusted my diverter valve, changed the hangers on my custom exhaust, and adjusted the placement of my heat shield and all in a few Short hours. Everything looks great and works perfectly. Price was also excellent-- one of the best car decisions I've made. Going back in a few weeks for brake calipers install, Billstein coilover install, touch up paint and an under body seal. What don't they do? Very pleasant group. Showed me a lot of respect and my car a lotta love. 100% would recommend! read more

Buffalo winters can be brutal therefore, my Nissan was having problems getting the battery running in the cold. I constantly had to jump the car until, I decided it was time to get it checked out. Turns out the battery cell was shot and my alternator was on it's last leg. I came in late at night and they pulled it right in to check it out. I got great and fast service. They told me the diagnoses and got the parts fixed up the very next day. They even did me a huge favor by fixing up a little paint on the car ( which I attempted to paint myself). They did a great cover up. Now my car is up and running. I would definitely come back to get it checked up and if I ever had another hiccup (crossing my fingers) I would come right back. ^-^ read more

The receptionist kept a smile on my face the whole time I was in the waiting while owner was very professional not only with my issue but from what I over heard, with all the clients who came in the door while I was there. The team had my issue fixed within an hour with no sweat.I was so impressed with the shop that I decided to get window tints placed on my car. Upon requesting an appointment the receptionist was able to get me in the next day. I chose to get the lightest tint in the front, and slightly darker in the back. Had this place put a performance VRSF down pipe and low profile valve stems on my bmw 335i. Was a bit nervous to get my car back at first because the first 2 times I went to pick up my car it wasn't ready even though I was told it would be. The first time the valve stems that my car needed ended up going out of stock and I had to wait a week for them to come in. The second time there was a delay installing the downpipe. Both issues weren't a big deal and that kinda stuff happens all the time. If the service wasn't delayed and I didn't have to take taxis there and back on multiple occasions I would give 5 stars. Jason did great work on my car and I'm very happy with how the car turned out. I will be back here soon for more custom work! read more

Absolutely horrible tint job. First time I went there they ran out of tint to complete the job. Second time, the receptionist said they had time to complete the job. Third time, the tint was wripped and still installed and finally the fourth time the tint was wripped and not done all the way to the top of the window. The back window defrost is cut and there is a razorblade slice on the vehicle in the back hatch area. Absolutely horrendous job. The owner didn't even have the decency to refund any money. Horrible place to get anything done!!! Would NOT recommend this place for anything. read more

DON'T GO HERE! I had my car serviced here for a visual on my car. I had to take it there a total of 3 times because they couldn't give the expert service that they promised to give the first time, second time, or even third time. The same kid worked on my car every time, never occurred to the owner that maybe if a more experienced employee serviced my car that the problem could have been fixed after the first time. Not to mention, the first time I went to pick up my car the kid was revving my engine as I was standing there and he came out saying, "Sorry your car just sounds good." Very unprofessional. I'm still not satisfied with the end product. My experience with them all summed up is that they do not provide a good service by any means. Once I got home, I realized they had scratched my car in 4 different spots as well, causing almost $300 in repair damage. Called the owner and told him. He said to bring it in so he could take a look at it. Told him I don't want to come back in. He said his "detailer" could touch it up, which I wouldn't trust. Finally, he said that he would give me compensation on my next service through them. Will never be going back. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Waste of money, terrible service, and a whole lot of aggravation that isn't needed. Go anywhere else. Paid way too much money to not be satisfied or refunded. read more

Terrible service. They screwed us on an alarm system that it took 3 tries to get right. and ripped us off on items that came with a brand new unopened radio. The DVD player, stylus, and manual were all missing when we got the car back. Both times we got the car back are car had electrical issues with lights and meters that now no longer work. Not really sure what the issue is only that we now have to pay someone else to install it. So saving your self money here will only cost you in the long run because you'll have to take it someone else to get things fixed when their done with it. read more

At first I thought I was going to have a good experience based on the reviews and the fact that the people there were very nice; however, that quickly turned out not to be true. They installed the remote start on my car and about 5 days later my car died, so I went in to have it fixed and they assured me that there would be no more issues. This happened again and again and they kept telling me there would be no more issues until I finally decided to have the starter removed and even then they tried to get me to keep it because apparently, the right technician was in that day to fix my car. I declined and they took it off and gave me my money back plus some. At this point I was concerned about my car battery even though they told me it tested fine; I went to a different place to test it and they told me it was bad, despite the fact that I had replaced it 5 months prior. Long story short, I ended up having to waste time and money and had to buy a new battery and all they did was say sorry and give me $30 bucks for "my inconvenience". Been going there for a while now. I've had them do work on several vehicles at this point. They always do a great job and are careful to make everything look clean. These guys do everything from tints to audio to lighting. If you got a job you want done on your car, ask them, they will do just about anything within reason. Fair prices, never been anything but happy with the work they do. Tons of used equipment available there as well if you are looking for an extra good deal. I've seen them test things people bring in, they won't buy broken goods. They got a friendly staff with a wide range of experience and many years of it. Their youngest guy just put a system into my new WRX and he made sure to come to me and get my feedback so he could be sure he did it the way I wanted it. If you need work done, call them or stop by.
