Much to my surprise, I received an IM back. This was at 11:30 pm! When we took the car for a test drive, we had to stop to get a little gas. We mentioned that we put five dollars in the tank and- again, much to my surprise - Zaib insisted we take 5.00 cash for the gas. The car wasn't quite what we were looking for cosmetically but it was a strong runner with no apparent issues. It's the little things that count at a small lot like this, and although we didn't buy the car we saw, I appreciated the quick response to my initial communication, and Zaib's willingness to reimburse us for gas, even though we totally didn't expect him to.

They answered all my questions honestly and even had all the documentation confirming the work performed prior to my purchase. The vehicle runs perfectly! Khalid has over two decades of experience in exporting vehicles so he probably has a good eye on what to look for at dealer auctions. All the cars on the lot looked very reliable to me. I had a great conversation with them while I was waiting for the paperwork to sign and they even offered me refreshments and fruit. All in all, it was a great experience! It never felt like pushy used car salesmen were trying to get one over on me. We just talked like normal human beings. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're tired of working with dishonest sales people! Like I said, Zaib and Khalid are the best! And I've worked in the car sales industry before, so I can pick out the genuine ones who are trying to help people vs the people who try to push lemons like they're Bentleys. I'm extremely happy with my new baby!

Nate greeted us the moment we walked in and did an outstanding job of aiming to understand what it was we were looking for in a vehicle. He took notes pertaining to our preferences and steered us clear of anything that wasn't the right fit. He was funny, personable, easy going, and most importantly we did not feel pressured by him in any way. He did all the work of locating our top 4 vehicles at their various Larson lots (all within a 4 min drive) and then drove us around to see them. As we looked them over he reminded us of things to consider while also giving us time to make our own determinations. When we found one we wanted to drive he quickly jumped on it and gave us the time we needed to test drive it and discuss our likes and dislikes with just the wife and I. When we got back we decided we wanted to see what numbers looked like because we liked the vehicle so much. I can tell you that I feel I got a pretty fair trade for my vehicle and received a decent deal on the one we took home. I can't say enough positive things about this Larson team, from Jake (not from State Farm) the Finance guy, to Paul the manager, everyone was easy to work with and they provided lots of great advice throughout the process. Huge kudos to Nate for his easy going personality and patience. I highly recommend you stop by to see him. Love this place!!

Absolute rip-off artists. DO NOT go here…read more The service desk staff are paid on commission, and they will "recommend" repairs that are not necessary. The technicians and mechanics in the back know what they're seeing. The service desk takes that information, decides what they can use, and repackages it into a message designed to create concern and get the customer to authorize additional work, even when no repair is actually needed. The techs/mechanics will contradict the lies of the service desk staff, who are sales guys, not tech/mechanics. It is dishonest, manipulative, and clearly designed to separate customers from their money. There is a reason they try to prevent the tech/mechanics from interacting with customers. It's YOUR car, you should have the right to speak to person who makes the observations and can speak about the issues. I have seen service desk staff completely tell a different story to a customer than what the tech/mechanic tells them. If you make the mistake of bringing your car here, ask the service desk these questions directly and firmly: 1. Is the repair you are recommending 100% necessary? 2. Is the part you are recommending I replace currently NOT functioning? 3. If I take my car to two independent mechanics, will they agree that this repair is necessary? (They will try to create concern saying another mechanic can provide the same type of warranty they can). 4. Have them put the problem, the recommended repair, and the reason you say it needs to be done in writing by way of a written quote. Then tell them you'll think about it and leave, provided the car is safe to drive. The only time I personally would authorize additional work on the spot is if they explicitly tell me the problem is critical and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. And even then, I would want them to put that statement in writing. If you push back, expect some line about Honda backing or warranting its work in ways an independent shop supposedly can't. Again, that's beside the point. It creates another concern they can use to manipulate the customer instead of answering the simple question: Does this part actually need to be replaced or not? They are highly commissioned. In my experience, they are dishonest. And there is a reason customers deal with commissioned service desk staff instead of being able to speak directly with the technicians and mechanics who actually inspected the vehicle. Do not blindly trust their recommendations. Get everything in writing. Take the quote somewhere else. Get a second opinion. Also, see how they respond when you ask to speak to the tech who works on your car. They have time to talk to the service desk, and the customer can easily be brought into that convo. More to come...
