He took notes pertaining to our preferences and steered us clear of anything that wasn't the right fit. He was funny, personable, easy going, and most importantly we did not feel pressured by him in any way. He did all the work of locating our top 4 vehicles at their various Larson lots (all within a 4 min drive) and then drove us around to see them. As we looked them over he reminded us of things to consider while also giving us time to make our own determinations. When we found one we wanted to drive he quickly jumped on it and gave us the time we needed to test drive it and discuss our likes and dislikes with just the wife and I. A couple days later I'm leaving an establishment in the evening and I'm stopped due to not having any brake lights. Come to find out this vehicle has major electronic issues, transmission issues and doesn't even have a catalytic converter. I contacted Jay through Facebook where our original conversation started to bring up the issues and was blocked. I get that used cars are sold as is but these people are really dishonest and tricky! Right after I got my car the air went out and it took 3 different trips and them telling me it was fixed 3 times for it to actually get fixed. I got the warranty just in case... and turns out the warranty will cover none of the issues I've had with the car. They won't fix the E-brake that hasn't worked since I bought it (not covered by warranty). And now less than 6 months after I bought the car my front brakes need to be replaced (over $1,000) which is also not covered. I called Toyota and asked why they would need to be replaced after not even 6 months. The guy said that they look at them, don't replace them, and sell them as is. I said "oh so you just sell cars with bad brake pads" and he said "yes". I have had nothing but problems with the sales team and the service team here and I will never ever go back or recommend them to anyone again.

We arrived for our scheduled appointment (11:30am) on-time, with only one other person in the service lobby with 3 advisors at their computers and one other person off to the right on another computer. She said she was not an advisor. About 20 minutes of waiting, the non advisor (approx 11:52am) got us checked in, due to advisors being on the phone or just unavailable. Once checked in, we were told it would be 1.5 hours or less for the service. We also asked they look at replacing the wiper blades because they weren't working and noisy. Over 2 hours after quoting 1.5 hours, now nearly 2pm) they said the car is done and we owed $73 for the front wiper blades. I asked about the warranty and the advisor said the 12 month wiper warranty expired 2 weeks prior. I also asked why we weren't advised of the cost of these wiper blades and all the advisor could say was "I wasn't the one who checked you in". I asked for the new wiper blades to be removed as paying $73 is bonkers, they removed them and we left. Due to how slow they were, never greeting us, and lack of providing an estimate for services, we're not interested in using this dealership for service in the future. -we got awesome wiper blades off amazon for $26 delivered the next morning. Honestly, I would not have left this review if they would have just made us feel welcome and informed.

Denis, the finance manager, tried to get me in touch with the bank they finance through, Kitsap. Something between Denis and the bank got misconstrued because the bank was trying to run my credit 30 seconds into the call. After calling Denis back, we agrees to have me come in Friday, March 19th when I got off work. I arrived, was met by James. James was a very nice guy, listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions to the best of my ability. I let him know I was willing to work on the unmovable price if they addressed my concerns on the truck. I pointed out a leak and moisture collecting in the taillights. James assured me he would speak to Denis and get back to me Saturday or Monday. Saturday, nothing. Halfway through Monday, nothing. I texted Denis at 12:06 on Tuesday, the 23rd, then called and got his voicemail. I called the dealership, was transferred and he answered right away. His happy greeting quickly changed. He told me that him and James had not spoken so I relayed my findings to him, he said he will have a mechanic look at it and call me back in 20 minutes or so with some sort of update. I texted him again at 3:30 Tuesday to ask when I might expect to hear from him again in regards to the truck. I was told "hopefully sometime tomorrow morning" I texted Denis again Wednesday, 24th at 11:54 asking if he had heard anything. He calls back and says yes, the leak I had spotted was an oil gasket which was replaced but the truck had sold in the meantime. The communication here sucks. I feel like I was being avoided because if I got the luxury of a response, it was days or hours and hours later unless I called the dealership and was transferred directly.
