I sold my truck early, and I contacted the business department for instructions to cancel the remaining part of the warranty to receive my refund. They emailed me back and I spent a good deal of time and effort to assemble the information. I called Allstate and the dealership did not process anything. I contacted the GM, Rick Jehl, and he has ignored 2 emails. To date I have sent 4 emails just to be totally ignored. A dealership that does not respond to it's customers truly does not care. Examples speak way louder than words or advertisements.

But most importantly, Ben was kind enough to wait for us to get to the lot rather than selling it to the two other buyers who arrived before us. Wow! I didn't know used car buying was a competitive sport, but it IS! Ben waited for us because we had already paid for an inspection and he wanted to give us right of first refusal. I really appreciated that. This car has a few dings and scratches--typical of an 11 year old vehicle, but mechanically it's great! It handles great, everything works....no complaints at all. We're very pleased with our purchase!

I even got a better interest rate than the last time, all things considered. Angel was my rep again and when I went to test drive the vehicle I was going to purchase, I asked him if I could take it to a mechanic to get it inspected. He didn't hesitate to approve this, which shows how ethical they are as a dealership! The day after the purchase, however, the check engine light came on. I took it to the repair shop first to get the code pulled and then called and talked to Steve at Greg Chapman. He told me to bring it in and they were able to fix the two issues that pulled up right away. Not only this, but they noticed the navigation system was wired in a way that would drain my battery, so they re-wired it to prevent that from happening again. Most dealers wouldn't bid sight unseen, they insisted on seeing it. About 4 dealers were willing to give me a price. Subaru of Georgetown's was the best (and slightly above Edmunds FMV). When I took my car in, the salesperson (Darren) took less than 20 minutes to check it out to make sure it matched the pics and description, and then paid the agreed-upon price, without trying to offer less. He also paid for an Uber to take me back home. If there's a way this could have gone better, I can't think of it.
