The young lady thought it was a good idea to start texting again. I asked her to stop texting me, again just trying to not go back and forth for no reason, her response was "I cancelled your appointment". This young lady needs to learn some compassion and restraint when speaking to customers. It's sad when you have to block someone for a situation which should not have gotten this far for absolutely no reason
