I had no idea where to start to try to get the place under control, and their arts and craft supplies were spilling out all over the house as well. Becca provided us with an estimated timeframe and even came in under it. She not only decluttered the space, but separated items into trash and donate bins, reorganized everything we had, labeled it all, and came up with some really innovative solutions for my kids' markers and craft supplies. Truly the best money we've ever spent. My husband kept saying we could do it ourselves, but honestly -- who has the time or emotional bandwidth for that? And Becca came up with solutions we never would have thought of. Our space has been operating smoothly for several weeks now. It's so easy for the kids to access their things and clean up afterward, and everyone is happier. Items are actually being used instead of getting lost in the jumble, and they're being put away quickly. It has eliminated so much clutter in our house, and that makes all of our brains happier! We're already planning to have her come back to work on a few more projects in other areas of our home, and we've recommended her to all of our friends.

Alyssa came to my house and did a very good job during the time that I was involved before which I…read morehad informed her of my multiple disabilities one of which was repetitive actions with my right arm. She had me do 5 to 6 hours of this (above mentioned disability, which I told her after 30 minutes was activated, but she kept me going and going and then I haven't been able to move it for a week ). She did not listen to anything. I told her she did not listen to the fact that I have things that I have for sale that are already organized. She went through them and threw things out that she determined were not worthy of keeping ; not me, her. she took everything out of one room, put it into bins, half of which were unmarked and disorganized. She took things out of bins that were already organized and then shoved it all in my husband's music studio, and then threw out everything on the floor in front of my closet that I hadn't gone through, including my last correspondence with my grandparents, a pair of shorts from spell in the Gypsy collective which retailed at $400, they are probably worth about 250 now but still, a pair of AirPod pros, and Apple Watch, and multiple keepsakes that was in the first five trash bags. I have nine left to go. I think she should go in one of them do not ever hire this company. She is mean and vindictive. I tried to just talk to her about this as in a feedback manner and she attacked me verbally I will be suing her. She charged me $2500 for one day and I worked six of those hours with her out of 11 or 12 or something and my husband agrees with me that the house is worse often than it was when she came do not hire this person! My house was very disorganized. I do not disagree with this and there was one piece of Dunkin' Donuts munchkins that my daughter had left in her room that was moldy, but I had my whole house mold remediated so she's gonna say that my house had mold, but no, she thinks that anything that there was one thing in my daughter's room we cleaned it up. It's gone. My entire house was remediated this year. I paid a lot of money for it and mold that just looks black. Is not black mold you have to send it to a lab. I had everything professionally redone. This is a teardown gut job House and it's tiny. I hired somebody to be my right arm, not my brain and if I had to choose someone to be my brain, it would certainly not be her.

Working with Marlena and her team was truly one of the best decisions I've made for my home…read more From the very beginning, the process felt thoughtful and personalized. The consultation was incredibly detailed -- Marlena took the time to understand not just my space, but my lifestyle, goals, and long-term intentions for how I want my home to function. I'm a very detail-oriented person, and I appreciated how prepared she was and how thoroughly she walked through every area. After the consultation she followed up with clear recommendations, measurements, and a thoughtful plan for how many organizers and how much time would be needed. Everything felt organized and intentional from start to finish. In the first session we decluttered an incredible amount -- my closets were completely overflowing before, and by the end they were transformed. In the second session we were able to organize even more areas than I expected: multiple closets, under the kitchen sink, under the bathroom sink, my bookshelf, and hallway storage. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and creativity. Marlena and Sarah constantly offered smart solutions and product suggestions that made the spaces feel both functional and beautiful. They also bring such positive energy -- they are joyful, thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful to work with. The result is that my apartment now feels calmer, more intentional, and much easier to live in. Every day I fall more in love with my home. I can't recommend Marlena and her team enough. If you're considering professional organizing, they are exceptional.

Whether neurodivergent or just living in a fast-paced system even though people aren't really meant to push through without community, trying to prioritize where to apply our energy alone is somewhere on the spectrum of agonizing to impossible. I was feeling stressed. Em was a huge boon to my process of getting settled. He brought a lot to the table - chill vibes and non-judgement about what I needed from someone entering my home, great ideas for systems I needed to meet particular needs, non-intrusive body doubling when I just had to get a thing done in a certain way and then come back to collaboration, help physically assembling an item integral to an orderly system, and directly collaborating on fitting things into place. Em was also great with my pets hanging around, doing their thing. Have I been transformed into a perfectly organized person? No! But the huge shift in systems and space laid the groundwork for me to continue building additional systems at my own pace, with much more comfort in my own home thanks to the elevated base functionality around me. The tangible services Em provided and the intangible but real effect of their comfortable presence wrapped together into exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Em's organizing services! Even if your needs are different than mine, I know Em will listen and adapt to help you on your terms while still bringing their distinct approach.
