Mya Douglas of the Casual Cupcake Agency has saved my family so much time, money, and stress!…read more We owned a condo that was hundreds of miles away from the nearest family member. Once the realtor sold the condo, we had to empty it quickly. (It was full of my mother's belongings because she had previously moved across country without time to pack up.) Mya worked with us to organize and pack the contents of the condo. Her ability to hit the ground running was invaluable. She quickly figured out what needed to be done and advised us so that tasks were completed in the most organized way. Mya also took care of locating a firm that could move the condo contents across the country to my mother. Mya carefully researched firms to find the right combination of trustworthiness and good value. She then met the chosen movers at the site and made sure everything got safely onto the truck. Mya is the most responsible and responsive person I've ever hired. She is very personable and easygoing, yet professional, and can easily juggle the big picture and small details. I would hire her again for many tasks.

Review of KS Organizing My experience with Kate and her team…read morehas been nothing short of amazing.  She always gets it right.  We recently built an addition, changed my home office to downstairs and also changed my upstairs office to a dedicated craft room.  We now needed to deal with my mother's things, and 2 friends that passed away much too young had donated to our clutter as well.   I was seriously overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff we had accumulated. We kept moving things from one room to another hoping to pair down with each move.  Kate came in and took the worry out of removing most of my items that no longer brought me joy or pleasure. She is so fast at restoring balance and peace in my life. I wish I could have her here monthly... hmmm, that's not a bad idea! Kate's method is a kind, gentle nudge in the right direction. Kate doesn't judge or chastise, she never smirks or makes me feel badly about my choices to keep certain items.  Kate is the consummate professional.  She is always the organizer, and I respect that. She has a softer side and is more willing to share it once the work is finished.  She is hands down one of the best organizers, if not THE BEST Organizer I've ever had and believe me this isn't my first rodeo.  I actually used to be an organizer myself prior to the onset of a series of autoimmune diseases that has taken so much from me.  I used to live in a magazine cover home, and everything had a place and every last piece of nonsense was in its place. I have lived in this house for 25+ years and with the exception of my bedroom, my house has been under-organized for the better part of those 25 years.  I take pride in my home, and when I started listening to books on organizing and living with less, I had to find the right person to help me pursue that calm, serene lifestyle that can only happen when everything has a place and actually IS IN IT!  There also needs to be less stuff.  "Less is more" is more than just a saying, it's a real way of life. The older I become the more I also need to feel the comfort of my things. I only recently realized that it is a cry for people's comfort, not item comfort. Items don't comfort you, only the memories attached to those objects and the people that you made those memories with.  The worse your physical clutter, the more you need Kate to help you get to the root of your clutter or habitual hoarding.  Kate can help solve your inner loneliness and your desire for perfection, by helping you lessen your load and open up.  She is wise and plans well.  She comes prepared with all the tools she needs to perform her tasks for the day. She also has staff that augments her abilities. Much like Kate does, they ask the right questions to get you to decide on the best home for items.  They gently guide you to the right answer, even if it means keeping it.  Then they share ways to showcase the item so you can enjoy it fully, not amongst 30 other things that drown it out.   I hope you will use Kate's services because she really is the best around and she is worth every penny spent.  Once we are finished with this project I have another 3 or 4 so you may have to wait until she's finished here! Just kidding.  She is often booking out 3+ weeks which tells you she is in demand and there is a reason.  Everyone loves her and you will too! Thank you Kate for making my home liveable and peaceful again,  - A. G. Montgomery County, PA

I've been a customer of Olga's for several years now for a biweekly house cleaning, and I can't…read morerecommend them enough. They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

From the start, Olga was quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which made scheduling seamless. The team arrived on time and immediately got to work, moving efficiently while still being incredibly thorough. They cleaned areas that are often skipped, including baseboards, trim, and hard-to-reach corners, and treated the home with real care. I also have a cat, so pet hair and stray litter can be a challenge, but they handled it without issue. Floors, corners, and high-traffic areas looked noticeably better, and the space felt truly clean--not just surface-level tidy. They worked steadily the entire time they were at my home. Olga actually called me with an updated quote after the team felt more time was needed to finish the job. Communication was appreciated and given the thorough effort and quality of their teamwork, pricing is fair. For anyone in Wilmington, DE, Olga's Cleaning Services is a fantastic choice. Professional, responsive, and extremely thorough--I'll definitely be using them again.
