I worked with Rocky who was friendly, non-judgy, and fearless to take on the grand task of organizing, tossing, and creating a donations pile. I worked with her for a few days and I could not have achieved the big task without her. I worked alongside Rocky and it felt like we were longtime friends getting stuff done. I'm grateful for this service, and will hire this business and Rocky again. Their prices are very reasonable compared to others, and are great to work with! read more

Kathy from An Organized Home is amazing! Her expertise and professionalism have helped me so many times with organizing my home, especially after with my most recent move, She also helped me in my previous home. She is also helping my sister. I recommend her to everyone I know. She is magical when it comes to helping you find the best way to store your items and get rid of extra stuff. Or pack for a move or unpack from a move. And she is so nice. She works fast and just keeps going like the Energizer bunny lol. Great value!! I highly recommend her. read more

I'm still in awe that it took Kathy and her team only two days to organize two years worth of 'organized' chaos. My goal was to keep a promise to my Mom that the new year wouldn't arrive and our garage and spare room were still disorganized. Kathy helped me deliver on that promise. From initial consultation to the two appointments, she was always professional and punctual. I liked that she gets right down to business but she's also very personable. Her team worked tirelessly. I don't remember seeing them take any breaks and there certainly was no lollygagging. After sorting through the mounds of piles, they always asked which items should be tossed or donated. They even take donation items with them and bring back a receipt, which saved me time. They offered to take the trashed items as well which was a welcomed surprise. I'd perused Yelp to find organizers to fit my budget. An Organized Home was the most affordable. It took two days and four ladies working nearly sixteen hours to organize both rooms. It ended up costing more than I had anticipated and budgeted for but my Mom is highly satisfied with the end result. She can be very 'selective' so that's a great compliment to the quality of their work. I'm also very thankful to them because after they cleared out the corner of the garage, they alerted me to the smell of gas. One of the ladies suggested that I call the gas company right away and have them check for a leak. A technician came out in the evening and sealed off a leaking valve. Had they not alerted us, who knows what would have happened. Making payment was very easy (e.g. Venmo, check, over the phone). I would use their services again in a heartbeat. If our trend holds, I'll be phoning them again in two years. :) read more

Kathy and her team came into a difficult situation and did what they do best, organize the chaos. I called Kathy for help with getting a home ready to market. Having experience with real estate, she knew exactly what I needed and was able to jump in with little direction. She was even able to help me stage rooms with existing furniture/items around the house. I would definitely recommend using Kathy and her team and look forward to using her again. read more

The best money I have ever spent! They took a 5 day garage clean and organize, and did it to perfection in 2 days!!! Very thorough, and Most Importantly...Honest! I am going to have them do the rest of my home now...too Great! read more

Kathy and team were very helpful in organizing our home! Time that would have realistically taken me months to do can bust out in a day! Put the nagging guilt of I'll get to it later aside, because if you're a busy household with many kids and working full time it's a great investment to not stress anymore!! read more

I am writing this review because I think Kathy and her asst Candice deserve one. They showed up right on time and started getting to work immediately without wasting any minute. I appreciate them moving the furnitures around as I asked and they made alot of decisions on their own as to where to place certain items since I have no clue where to put them and felt too overwhelmed to make any decisions. They really know how to consolidate knick knacks into one box and all the stuff were placed where I can easily have access to. This messy room would have taken me few days to organize but they did it in 4 hrs. I gave them a 5 hr limit however they were able to finish it in 4 hrs so that saved me some money. Their price is very reasonable for the service they provided. This was money well spent because i was so overwhelmed every time I go into this room and now I feel a weight was lifted off my shoulders. read more

An Organized Home - After - Home Organization Near Me

Kathy and her team were absolutely remarkable. A true testament to her excellence is that every area where she positively transformed stayed excellent and/or manageable. The results of her team arriving and organizing have been maintainable for almost one year. Her tactics of organization were clear, easy to follow, and duplicatable. The best part is that team only had to come for one deep cleaning/organizing session. The team was trustworthy, so I didn't have to stand around at the home and "supervise" the process. Many lost items were found, and it was clear that the team was composed of highly professional experts in the field of organization. The team was a happy mix of sweet and spicy personalities who had a drive to get things done, and I enjoyed that about the them. (I did not want dull condescending vibes participating in this process, so it was an outstanding fit.) I am leaving this review because word-of-mouth won't reach as many people as a Yelp review, and the services are fantastic enough to tell anyone and everyone who needs help with organization. I am thankful for AnOrganizedHome to this day. Don't feel shy to contact them. I was shy, and I wish I would have done it sooner! read more

Our second bedroom was a large over-filled closet that I could not even walk into anymore. In one day, Kathy and Candace (hope I spelled it right) helped us purge, organize and make sense of the room so that it can become the home office I want it to be. I cannot thank Kathy enough! She was efficient, pleasant, extremely hard-working, and has a great sense of humor. She wasn't judgmental and didn't try to make me get rid of anything I wanted to keep. We will be using her services again to tackle our basement storage next! If you are hesitant about asking for an organizer's help (as I was), don't be! Just call her and ask her to come consult on your space. You won't regret it! read more

Life has been happening in a big way around here. Kathy helped me get control of my home again. She is very efficient. We did most of the downstairs in just a few hours, which was the scope of the work requested. Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

Don't think twice, call Kathy to help you organize your home! My husband and I were overwhelmed by a recent move and we realized we could really use some help getting settled in. Kathy generously made the time to come by within a day's notice. Once she arrived, she wasted no time. What an incredibly hard worker and conscientious individual. She started off by organizing our kitchen - and let me tell you she is brilliant at it. The way she organized made so much SENSE - we could have spent hours trying to organize things ourselves but still wouldn't have been able to order things with the logic and ease of use that Kathy did. I'm not exaggerating by saying that every day, we directly benefit from the way Kathy put our kitchen together - not only can we find things more easily, but we can also maintain the orderliness more easily as well which is simply incredible. Like I said, don't think twice! read more

Kathy is extremely helpful. What I really appreciate about her is her honesty. I asked for a quot and she took the time to meet with me. Although she wanted our business, she advised me that the job was small enough that I could do it on my own. What an honest woman. Shows a tremendous amount of integrity! Based on this one characteristic alone, I would use her services. read more

We highly recommend Kathy! We were hesitant at first to have a stranger come to help us organize. But after trying and having difficulty getting things organized ourselves, we decided to give it a try. Kathy came this morning and transformed our office area from cluttered with no space to work to being organized, functional, and pleasing to the eye. Kathy is great at knowing how to use space. It's no surprise then to find out that she also does home staging. Kathy was also very kind and gave us ideas of what we can do in areas that we didn't get to today. We have no regrets going with Kathy! read more

[Writing from my husband's yelp account] Kathy and Candice are amazing! They came on very short notice and we had a huge job and they got it done in less than a day and a half. They NEVER tire and they need very little guidance or oversight. Kathy got started in our garage in the morning while Candice and I worked in the house. I went out to the garage a couple hours later and almost fell over. Kathy had made so much progress I literally said, "where are you hiding your army?!" Candice turned my piles of clothing and jewelry into a functioning space that I can actually feel good about using. Even in my tiny tiny closet and bedroom. They brought all the supplies we needed and took away all the piles of stuff at the end. I feel so much better. Hire this team you won't regret it! read more

Kathy is the best! Trustworthy & knows her business. She has worked directly with me and while I'm not at home. Both styles work well. My job is a whole house reorganization after empty nest and 20 years in this home. Prepping for a remodel so much purging needed. Kathy is professional...strong & gentle when needed. Highly recommend! read more

Kathy came to my home to help me organize my office. It had become a storage area for all sorts of items, including my husband's projects. Now I have an office that has more usable space and is free of clutter. For items that did not belong she even found a new place in my home for them. I highly recommend Kathy. read more
