Nope! First off, I got my eyebrows micro-bladed thinking that if I spent this kind of money...it would stick. At my consultation I was told I have perfect skin to hold the micro-blading. Little did I know, after going twice AND paying twice, my eyebrows are worse! She cut off most of the hair to be able to work on my brows...but since the color didn't stay, I now have bald spots. I recommend going somewhere where they would work more with you and communicate more. I just went to a well known tattoo parlor who does the same thing, and it worked! Must be what they are using. This is a long overdue review, but finally have the time now.. hope this is helpful to you all who are considering using this establishment! I understand the waiver and that it's different for everyone, but it doesn't change the fact that my eyebrows look like there was nothing done to them except for now I actually have less hair than when I came in, also they actually look bad when there is no makeup on and are EXTREMELY sensitive now. Why would I have to pay an additional hundred dollars etc for a third rock up within two months when I already paid $500 and nothing was done to enhance them in the first place? I don't feel like these individuals were accommodating at all, tried to reach out to Lauren on the Instagram direct message so it would be a lot faster for a response when I had serious questions and you did not respond and told me to email you or call Amanda which I think was not very hospitable or accommodating in the slightest way possible. To be honest that was very rude and stuck up in my opinion. It is not the end of the world to respond to me in a fast ,quick message. It doesn't seem like you actually cared about me or the situation of my frantic questions. I was being polite in person but was not happy with Laurens customer service. Also, I had to reschedule my touch up appointment. I didn't get an email with instructions of what to do or not to do a few days before my second touch up appointment the second time around; I can't remember those details in an email that happened three months prior , that's just not realistic for me. If a reminder email was sent a few days prior to my second touch up then I would not have drank or taking a blood thinner the night before and had to reschedule. A reminder email should have been sent. That is normal for companies that perform procedures or surgeries to do, especially when paying hundred of dollars! Not to mention you have to wait months for an appointment which is not worth it and ridiculously insane if you ask me. I did reach out to precision spa employees including Lauren and Amanda multiple times trying to do everything right and I did follow the rules and they still look like nothing was done and looks like my money was just thrown in the garbage. I could understand if I messed up but for you to try to charge me again to try to fix them is ridiculous to me. For any of you to even ask if I would like to schedule an additional paid appointment after my reaction and feelings towards this procedure is horrific in my opinion. I would have done whatever it took to make my customer happy and feel satisfied but I guess that's not what you all stand for or do. Like I said, if there was a way for me to get my money back or partial I would've done so. I'm very dissatisfied. None of the photos posted on social media look like the way my eyebrows left..Lauren had the owner reach out to me and she basically said the same, pay for another touch up! Lmao. So unbelievably crazy! She also was trying to justify why she believed this happened. Well, FYI, I was never in the sun with them while healing, and after healing when I ever had to work in the sun I had the sunscreen on that was sent to me in an email from Amanda.. Also, there were not any complications with my after care the first time around as she tried to explain. I rescheduled due to an emergency kidney surgery and was on antibiotics!! I rescheduled twice but each time I asked for another appointment there were none for another month which is not entirely my fault. I followed all after care rules completely and fully. The procedure did not work at all; some of my natural hair is gone ,they're still red and irritated months later. It looks like nothing at all was done. Not $500 worth. When I put makeup on you can't even see the little four strokes at all anyways. Without makeup it looks even worse with random marks. I do understand that they want all messages documented for business purposes but when it's 10pm and I'm washing my face ready for bed and have a frantic question out of the blue that I did not think about previously on your " normal business hours", I would've felt more accommodated with my artist answering me promptly or frankly just even at all... Real life issues, sickness, injuries, and situations come up out of the blue sometimes and just because the waiver states what it states doesn't make it right or hospitable to continue to try and charge me once again or use it as an outlet when I also have no control over why it looks the way it does now. I'm disappointed and will not be back to pay again for something that I'm unhappy about. It is sad that there is nothing that I can do about this, I'm not a professional or licensed and I cannot fix this; wasted $500 plus all the gas to get back and forth. I went a few months back- feb 21 to be exact. I went with my sister to get brow lamination which was around 70-80$. During our session, I heard the girls talking about how they were running out of a product and didn't have any backup (I had never gotten this service done so I didn't know any better) they also kept going back and forth from room to room to use each other's products (my sister and I had the service done at the same time by 2 different girls) Once the service was done, it looked very nice but it was gone the next day. Oh my goodness. I feel like I cannot fully express how much I absolutely adore everyone at Precision. As a hairstylist myself, I take pride in consultations and executing a perfect job every time. Precision is nothing short of perfection. I've seen Lauren 3 times now, first for my initial consult/microblade, second for my 6 week touch up, and third for my 6 month touch up. I never realized how bad my brows were until we compared the before and after photos. I am 1000% satisfied with my micro blading, done by Lauren at precision spa. I previously had it done about a year and a half ago at another studio and my results were not so great. They weren't terrible but they could have been better. The lines were too thick I had a lot of spacing and patches so I ended up having to pencil in my brows which kind of defeated the purpose of micro blading. At my consultation Lauren penciled in a beautiful new shape for me, one that fit my face better. I immediately booked the micro blading session for the next time. I left the studio confident that I would get the best results w her. During my first session there was no pain at all, it was a pretty quick procedure compared to the first time that I had it done at the previous studio. Horrible customer service! My sister and I have been going to the salon for over two years. Religiously every six months. My sister and I changed our appointments due to my sister pregnancy and we mistakenly went in on the wrong day forget we changed our dates. We traveled over two hours and we called and let the receptionist know she didn't even ask Nicole she said no we can't accommodate you and if we do we have someone else that is$275 more for someone else in the salon. My sister wrote an email to Nicole when we left and Nicole didn't even address it. All she said was she was upset there wasn't even any accommodation. Nicole didn't even address the situation she had her reception answer the email and acted as she could care less about her two customers. I know I own a business and deal with customer complaints I as the owner always address it and don't make a receptionist address it. I care about all my customers. Long story short Tuesday I get an email that mine and my sisters appointments are canceled because Nicole is now going on vacation that day when we made these appointments last September? Seemed like it was done intentionally. I asked back for my deposit the receptionist again basically told me said there are no refunds and didn't even answer my email. Great place! I absolutely love Precision Spa. Amanda is the sweetest thing at the front desk, and Lauren and Nicole are great and amazing at their jobs! I went for my first session with Lauren and she explained everything that she was going to do. She made sure I had enough numbing cream on so the process didn't really hurt. Amanda emailed the after care instructions over right away. I thought my eyebrows healed great, they flaked off just like she had said. When I went in for my touch up that's when I really fell in love. Lauren completely changed the shape of my brows and raised them up a little bit to give me more of an arch. We went through the same process as the last time but Lauren explained everything that she was doing all over again. Even though I had gone through the after care before and knew what I needed to do, Amanda sent the after care instructions over immediately to make sure I remembered. My first touch up was in February and they still looked great. I just got married a few weeks back and I wanted to just freshen them up before the wedding so I went the first week of October and again had a great experience. I thought my brows looked phenomenal and I didn't need to fill them in for my wedding. There was no need to go again but they look so amazing when they're just done I couldn't not do it! Also, I'd like to mention that in May my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed to start 6 rounds of chemo in June. She was petrified to lose her eyebrows with chemo. We called Lauren and she fit my mom in to get the first session done. Since you have to wait a few weeks for the touch up she wasn't able to get them done again until after chemo was complete which was the end of September. My mom said the entire summer thank god for Lauren. If she didn't get the shading done she would have felt bald. Her eyebrows healed even better then mine and looked amazing all summer even without the first touch up. Early October she came back in with me for her next session and again her brows healed amazing. Cancer really takes its toll on you and just having this little thing done made a big difference to my mom. I really think the way your brows look all matters with how you take care of them afterwards. Its really important not to get them wet for the first week and to do everything they tell you. So, overall both my mom and myself love Lauren and Precision Spa. I'd also like to note Lauren does amazing facials and the products they use are great and all natural! read more

I have been following Nicole's journey on social media from when she was working out of a tattoo parlor, and into the start of getting her own space and have been truly amazed. When I saw she was expanding, and creating a spa with skin care as well, I jumped at the chance to book my appointment! I'm pretty sure that her advertisement couldn't have even been 5 minutes old before I called. The receptionist Amanda was an absolute sweetheart and walked me through the new aesthetics process, told me a bit about what they were offering, and booked my appointment. A few days before my appointment, Amanda gave me a call to confirm my facial, and also told me to look at the website since they fine-tuned, and added some different procedures so to look at that, and have an idea of what I would like to receive. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and was instantly greeted by Amanda, was offered refreshments, and then Lauren, the aesthetician came out to introduce herself as well. I was taken into the room promptly at 10:00 (my appointment time) and it was VERY clean, smelled excellent, and I couldn't wait to get started! I was a little nervous/uncomfortable due to my skin issues, being that I have broken capillary veins that tend to look like acne scarring, hyper-pigmentation, and acne scars as well. Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. She reviewed my skin, and we decided to change up the facial I had originally booked, to help address some other issues that I had. She walked me through step by step what she was doing, what products she was doing, and what the products would achieve on my face. We did a combination of the Calming and Bright Skin facials to directly target and treat. The owner Nicole also came out when I was all finished to say hello, and I really could not have been more satisfied. The products smelled excellent, are top of the line, felt wonderful on my skin, and even when I got home I NOTICED a difference in the texture and overall look of my face. I cannot wait to schedule my next facial, and I would highly recommend Lauren and Precision Spa to anyone who was looking for a great aesthetician. After seeing the amazing job Nicole did with people's eyebrows on Instagram I knew I had to schedule my appointment. I had always penciled mine in and was looking for a more natural, permanent solution. I scheduled my first appointment which landed on the same day as my daughter's school Halloween party. I walked in with my Jigsaw costume and was welcomed with nothing less than friendliness and professionalism. Nicole explained the entire procedure to me, took pictures of my eyebrows, discussed the best shape (which was the same one I had) and began working her magic. Her place is clean, welcoming and beautiful. I was made to feel comfortable during the entire procedure and at the end I was given instructions on how to take care of my eyebrows. (Always remember, it's up to you to take care of them and follow the instructions given because you are responsible for them after you walk out the door.) For my follow up appointment a few weeks later, it was the same plesant experience. I don't think I am quite ready for a touch up just yet but will be calling soon to schedule a touch up in the near future. The prices are very reasonable and the outcome was amazing.
