He even called me back. I been here for over 40 min. The lady that finally came out from the back says I don't have an appointment for you. I told her to call the man that I spoke to she calls him 10 minutes later she comes back and tells me he forgot to tell me that his wife is coming mind you was 5:57 my appointment was at 5:45 been here since 5:30 was not greeted or anything until 5:55. So I say my appointment is at 5:45 when is this person coming she says Oh I don't know I have to call her and this is apparently the owner she's calling. It's now 6:05p she's still on the phone with the owner. Talking about another 15 to 20 minutes before she gets here.

He took the time to really listen to my ideas and worked with me throughout the design process to make sure the tattoo reflected exactly what I wanted while still keeping the artistry and composition beautiful. The final result is stunning, two incredibly realistic birds with amazing color and detail that mean so much to me personally. Marcos was patient, thoughtful, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, taking breaks whenever needed and explaining everything along the way. The entire studio was welcoming and professional. Manny, the owner, was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease right from the start, and all of the artists there were friendly and talented. The studio was clean, organized, and had such a great atmosphere. I'm so grateful for the experience and absolutely love my tattoo.

I don't even know where to start with how horrible our experience was at this tattoo shop. First…read moreoff we booked our appointment through online and emailed the artist (Dan) pictures of what we wanted without any response. I was going to call to confirm but they ended up sending a text about 2 days before our scheduled tattoo date which is fine. On the website/multiple reminders it says to arrive 10 minutes early. Dan didn't arrive until 5 minutes past our schedule time which okay whatever thats fine, except he brought his 3 year old child with him when he finally arrived. It would be one thing if the kid had something to entertain him but no he was throwing things at me and my husband and was all over our artist while trying to draw the outline for our tattoos. Honestly, this was my biggest annoyance and regret for not just walking out, get someone to watch your freaking kid. He kept saying "your mom is going to come soon" but she definitely didn't come until he was mostly through the tracing of our tattoos. In fact at one point Dan was holding his wiggling child that wouldn't sit still while he was tracing one of my tattoos. Besides the annoyance of his toddler being there, Dan was very unprepared and unprofessional. He never properly introduced himself or asked our names. He seemed like he didn't care because we were getting smaller tattoos. He had no idea what we wanted and traced everything which took up most of our time. We each were getting a tattoo for our sick dog and at one point my husband said this and Dan just ignored him. All 4 of our tattoos look horrible, the line work on one of mine is absolutely horrible. It's embarrassing. My husband even made a comment when Dan finished the very small tree he did on my husbands wrist that it didn't look fully green and almost like there was brown in it and Dan got very offended. After another artist tried to give some bs reason why it looked like that, my husband let it go. After he finished all of our tattoos, he immediately said we can come back in a month for touch ups. Yeah fucking right, we're never setting foot in that place again. Lastly, their bathroom was disgusting. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until after he finished our tattoos. There was a huge puddle on the floor in the front of the toilet and there were no paper towels anywhere to dry your hands and that was the only sink in this tiny basement they call a tattoo shop. If your artist is late and the bathroom is nasty...LEAVE!!
