Samantha, I'm sorry Anthony is going through a hard time. He should have rescheduled. He acted very unprofessional and we felt very uncomfortable. If it wasn't for the fact that I had already given a $100 deposit, we would have walked out. He never apologized for being late, never said hello when he walked in. So, as far as your comment goes about us not saying anything, that doesn't fly. You were working on someone. I wasn't going to interrupt. As far as the $10 fee for the credit card goes, the max is 4%. Anthony was totally unapproachable, so what did you expect us to say. He obviously didn't want to be there. Don't pin this on us. What i asked for vs what I got...moral of the story make sure your tattoo artist's head is in the game that day..worst part is he was more concerned with not canceling the appointment than making sure he was mentally prepared to put something permanently on me. so far I'm out $400 for the original shitty tattoo, + $1750 in lazer removal over the past 18 months, and I still need more $2150 plus is a lesson learned. O yeah and I'm gonna have to get tattooed on top of that to cover up the scars from the original tattoo.....same artist did all my tattoos and no one can believe the same artist did this abortion on my shoulder.no one could fix it. Numberous artists were all shocked and when I went for lazer removal they basically werent shocked when I told then who did it.. hopefully one more laser session. I'll be out a total of around $2600 expensive lesson learned! You know who you are you shoulda made good on it! Best I was offered was 200$ and the owner said they'd fix something that's unfixable read more
