After completion of job, I pointed out to Son ,Nick, the damage to my shed, garage trim, pavers and unfinished landscape, Nick said he would take care of it, but never did. Then in February, 2026, the driveway developed several larger cracks and chips. I called Nick and he said he would repair it, since it was under warranty. He stated it was only a 30 minute repair. He also stated when asked, that that he "forgot" about the repair work of shed. etc. After TWELVE phone calls to him and FOUR to his father, who also lied about coming out to fix it, have ignored every one of my calls and never fixed the damage. I tried calling our local garage who had us call another locksmith service. After getting the run around for 2 weeks (including them wanting me to call the Ford dealership for the ignition code, which I found out that Ford only keeps those codes for 10 years), we called AAA-1 in a panic. I was very upset because I called SEVERAL (14 total) services that were closer to me location wise, but got the same answering service who told us that they didn't service our zip code, even though one of them was IN our zip code. By the time I called them, I was in tears and very upset. I spoke with a lovely woman who calmed me down and told me that yes, they could come out and make a key to get into the trunk. I was so happy with their response. They were there within the hour, which is wonderful considering they had to drive 35 minutes (at least) to get to us. My hubby decided to have them make a chipped key for us right away, since they were there. We really appreciate how wonderful they were to deal with and how they took this matter seriously and didn't rush us away because of how far away we were. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
