It has been 1 year since we had Kozi totally gut our bathroom. It was 28 years old and nothing had…read morebeen done. Just the normal cosmetic paint and paper. When they started they made sure they put plastic up to not get dust all over the house. Very conscious about dirt and cleaning up. Had a couple issues but they rectified that immediately. Even after 1 year the bathroom still feels new and they came out and fixed the caulking on the tub with no issues. I still think I'm in a dream when I'm in my new bathroom. Total transformation. I have to say they stick by their work and if something isn't right they will fix it. They switched out the shelves to ones that we really liked and fixed some of the flooring. We LOVE our bathroom and hope to use them for other projects in the future.

They started my project in the beginning of May laying the foundation and walls. And then it rained for almost 20 days straight. Everything was soaked and I was extremely anxious that this unknown company I picked would leave me hanging. They put my mind at ease, then backed it up with their deeds. They made sure everything came out perfect. Gio, the head supervisor along with Forti and Florenzo made sure I was happy. Their suggestions also played a great role in the finished project. Things I missed, they did not. And the icing on the cake: I had a punch list of 10 minor things that needed to be adjusted. Gio spent about an hour and checked everything, even things that were not on the list, to make sure everything was just perfect. I can not express my gratitude to these guys(they make it personal) for their dedication, reliability, their quality and their commitment to making my project the best it could be. RUN, do not walk away from this "contractor"! Hired him last…read moreyear to do some work for me. Asked for all the money up front to do various jobs. Was to level my front porch pavers which had sunken. Said he didn't ask me for enough money and demanded more or would walk off the job. He himself did not actually do any of the work. He stood and watched his extremely capable employee do all the work. The polymeric sand between the pavers washed out before it had a chance to harden because it rained torrentially that night. Employee replaced it again. Washed out again. I replaced it myself finally! Also hired him to coat my driveway with Rustoleum Epoxy Shield that I had purchased myself. Employee did the job. He was also supposed to fix a few small cracks in my walls in my foyer. He set up MY own commercial grade 8 ft. ladder and again asked for more money, but didn't do the work. My ladder was left there for over 3 months. His kind employee came over and did the job, without charging me. Anthony never paid him for any of the work done at my home until he needed him to do the work he himself did not know how to do on other jobs, which was just about everything. Anthony also said HE could replace the rear view mirrors on my car as part of the initial agreement. I purchased the mirrors, and when his employee, Bryan Englehart, was here doing that job, Anthony called and demanded more money. When I reminded him that it was part of the initial price he gave me, he got on the phone with Bryan and told him to leave, even though my car door was disassembled and laying on my driveway. Bryan told him he would not do that to me, and finished putting the door back together. Unscrupulous, dishonest, unskilled, unprofessional. Worst experience ever with a "company"!
