We had Anthony finish our basement and it is absolutely amazing! Its a 1900 square foot basement…read morethat we added a full bathroom, a fireplace, a bar and a open layout entertaining area for the kids. A laundry room and utility room also added. He designed the basement first and then created a 3d design which we loved because we could actually see the basement 6 weeks before it was built! Not to mention that he finished on time and on budget!!!!!! My husband really loved that lol. Anthony is a very very talented craftsman and professional. Id give him 10 stars if I could honestly. I recommend him and his company to everyone looking for a GREAT CONTRACTOR!

They arrived when expected, protected the the rest of our room during demo and installation, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Rich Kessler, the Project Manager, was very communicative, and kept the job running smoothly. He listened to concerns and paid attention to the details. He kept track of follow-up issues due to supply-chain problems with the door manufacturer. Mr. Kessler never forgot about these details and came back twice to finish these minor issues when supplies became available. Great! Also, Richard Beatty did an amazing job with the finish carpentry, gave some helpful tips for staining our project and even a few sample pieces of wood on which to practice. These little extras go a long way to ensuring a beautiful result. We could not be more pleased.

It has been 1 year since we had Kozi totally gut our bathroom. It was 28 years old and nothing had…read morebeen done. Just the normal cosmetic paint and paper. When they started they made sure they put plastic up to not get dust all over the house. Very conscious about dirt and cleaning up. Had a couple issues but they rectified that immediately. Even after 1 year the bathroom still feels new and they came out and fixed the caulking on the tub with no issues. I still think I'm in a dream when I'm in my new bathroom. Total transformation. I have to say they stick by their work and if something isn't right they will fix it. They switched out the shelves to ones that we really liked and fixed some of the flooring. We LOVE our bathroom and hope to use them for other projects in the future.

The quality of work is high and while there was one particular thing I wasn't happy with, they remediated it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just around coordination and communication of the project. There were a few times that work was delayed because communication wasn't entirely robust. It's reflective of a business that is growing at a very high rate. My recommendation is for them to have one single point of contact between the customer and Kozi, with a daily check-in at the end of the day. I love my bathroom, my laundry room, and my new front door. I recently received a quote for my next renovation project and plan to work with Kozi again.

RUN, do not walk away from this "contractor"! Hired him last…read moreyear to do some work for me. Asked for all the money up front to do various jobs. Was to level my front porch pavers which had sunken. Said he didn't ask me for enough money and demanded more or would walk off the job. He himself did not actually do any of the work. He stood and watched his extremely capable employee do all the work. The polymeric sand between the pavers washed out before it had a chance to harden because it rained torrentially that night. Employee replaced it again. Washed out again. I replaced it myself finally! Also hired him to coat my driveway with Rustoleum Epoxy Shield that I had purchased myself. Employee did the job. He was also supposed to fix a few small cracks in my walls in my foyer. He set up MY own commercial grade 8 ft. ladder and again asked for more money, but didn't do the work. My ladder was left there for over 3 months. His kind employee came over and did the job, without charging me. Anthony never paid him for any of the work done at my home until he needed him to do the work he himself did not know how to do on other jobs, which was just about everything. Anthony also said HE could replace the rear view mirrors on my car as part of the initial agreement. I purchased the mirrors, and when his employee, Bryan Englehart, was here doing that job, Anthony called and demanded more money. When I reminded him that it was part of the initial price he gave me, he got on the phone with Bryan and told him to leave, even though my car door was disassembled and laying on my driveway. Bryan told him he would not do that to me, and finished putting the door back together. Unscrupulous, dishonest, unskilled, unprofessional. Worst experience ever with a "company"!
