All of the seals held, no water or wind infiltration. Great value for the cost considering the work and special colors I needed to comply with HOA requirements. Warren Thompson & Son did an excellent job repairing a section of my siding and roof in 2022 to prevent water from leaking into my home. After debris collected under the gutter covers on my roof this year and the company that installed them did not respond even after repeated calls and emails, I called Warren Thompson & Son to see if they could help. Brian came to my home, listened as I explained the problem and then climbed on the roof to examine the gutters and covers. He found that the covers had been nailed between two layers of shingles when the roof had been replaced by another company years before. Removing them would require replacing the shingles they were attached to. He offered to provide an estimate for doing the job, but also suggested that I first contact a gutter cleaning company, to see if they could remove the debris without removing the covers. I had already contacted one company that declined the job because of the covers. However, Ned Stevens, as recommended by Brian, was able to remove the debris and unclog the gutters while leaving the covers intact. I will be calling Warren Thompson & Son in the future for any roofing, siding or gutter work that I may need. They are thorough in assessing a homeowner's needs and offer practical solutions to meet those needs. I got my roof repaired and had Roof Maxx applied to my roof as well in February of this year. I was initially unhappy with the results of the Roof Maxx application and the employees that I initially dealt with when I was displeased were not helpful. I eventually got to work with the owner of the company though and he made sure that I was please with the work and the results. I am now very happy with the way my roof looks and the Roof Maxx application really does seem to have made a difference. My roof was not leaking or anything, so I knew the roof was in good shape, but in order to have a better chance of selling my property, I wanted to give it a facelift. That's when I got the idea of looking to see if there was a product that could be applied to rejuvenate it. That search led me to Roof Maxx. I researched it and decided to give it a try. Initially, I was not please after the application. My roof looked the same as it did before. Nothing like the before and after pictures I had seen, but then we got our roof cleaned and had Roof Maxx applied again and now our roof looks completely new. We had a leak develop in our roof after a storm and I called because the repairs that were done have a 2 year warranty and Roof Maxx has a 5 year warranty. Someone came out the next day and made the repair that was needed to our vent pipe and the leak was taken care of. I now look around my neighborhood and see so many houses that could also have much improved appearances to their roofs if they also were to contract Warren Thompson to apply Roof Maxx. First time home buyer, closed July 2014. Noticed roof leaking in 3 spots by August. Nerve-wracking experience. Called out 3 roofers including Warren Thompson & Son for quotes. Warren Thompson & Son was the only one to actually ask to see the attic where it was leaking and took time to actually go on the roof when providing an estimate for repair. How can you know what's wrong if you don't go see it? Warren Thompson & Son found all 3 problems within 15 minutes for estimate, and provided a quick fix to one of them at no charge to me, and offered a quote of $1200 for repair which was $600 less than competitors and they actually seemed to know what they were talking about. Additionally, they pointed out vents in my attic that were not hooked up properly and were drawing moisture into my attic. I felt at ease with their knowledge and scheduled roof repair service. Within 3 days my roof was repaired, an old attic fan was removed, roof had new plywood installed and new shingles in that area and as of Jan 18 no more leaks. This was just one of the three repairs they did that day. Absolute piece of mind, and the best $1200 I could have ever spent. The labor took them about half a day to complete. I felt that for the price, I couldn't have asked for more. Additionally, 2 year warranty (I believe this is the correct time) was piece of mind as well.
