You're reading this because you are doing due diligence in choosing a service provider. I did this…read moresame exercise. In choosing a gutter cleaner I had found that some providers wanted to charge a premium for the number of trees that surround my house. Neal LaBuda didn't - made me pause and look into his company and its reputation. I hope you do the same. You'll find, as I did, a small business owner/operator who lives in the same area I do. I talked with Neal and liked what I heard. I expect you will too. Neal had the job done in less than a day, and I didn't have to clean up after the cleaning as I had to do after other service providers finished. Want quality? Want quick turn around? Want completion and satisfaction? Then you want LaBuda.

We are new homeowners in the Bethlehem township area. Things started to settle and we noticed a…read morecouple of things that were just not working right. Our gutters were leaking and not draining well, even after being cleaned and attached with gutter guards. On top of that we also noticed a couple of troubling spots on the roof as well. After reading reviews about Neil Labuda we decided to give him a try. He came for a consultation right away and gave us an estimate; we decided to go with him even though we didn't ask for a second opinion-- we liked what he had to offer. He is very professional in his presentation and explained all the pros and cons of everything very clearly. We signed the contract and had a beginning date set. Due to the weather (not his fault) we had to start later on. The task was to change all the gutters and to repair the roof of a 3000sqf ranch house. Estimated time to completion was around 5 to 7 days, he made it in 4! He worked most of the time alone (with the exception of one day), but very efficiently, and hard. He hardly took a lunch break. He came every day around 7 am and went all the way to 5 pm. The result: The look is great, I should write in the future regarding the functionality, but it really looks amazing. He gives a 10-year warranty for the the gutters and a good warranty for the roof repairs as well. He cleaned very well when the job was done even rolling a giant magnet in case any screws or nails were left on the ground. The price: it wasn't cheap and honestly we do not know how market-fair it was since is the first time we deal with this, however the job was done right. He was very honest and even gave us a break for extra repairs he had to do on the roof, which we really appreciate since we are struggling a bit with so many repairs we have to do. Conclusion: He is knowledgable, trust-worthy, and very professional. He took great pics of the repairs, and gave us an idea what will be the next thing to do in order to maintain a good healthy roof and gutters. Thanks, Neil! In a few months I will write an update :)

All of the seals held, no water or wind infiltration. Great value for the cost considering the work and special colors I needed to comply with HOA requirements. The team that installed my windows, screens, sliding balcony door and new window sills were excellent. Very professional and nice. I highly recommend Warren Thompson and Son Roofing & Siding if you need new windows.

He didn't overcomplicate the project or load me up with roofing jargon like other contractors did. Their quote came in customized to our project and was built to have no large "extra material " surprises when the project closed. They were always communicative and friendly about the project. When they encountered a situation that was abnormal, they walked me through the issue and offered resolutions that would've cost them money. They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. If you are going to invite anyone to do work on their home especially on your roof, they are the type to get.

I had water leaking from my roof down into my upstairs bathroom ceiling. These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David from Max Pro Roofing on a full-house vinyl siding…read morereplacement, and I can say without hesitation that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. David was outstanding in every aspect of the job -- from the initial consultation to the final cleanup. The quality of the installation speaks for itself: clean lines, precise finishes, and a clear attention to detail that reflects true craftsmanship. But what stood out even more was the professionalism of David and his crew. They approached the work with care, integrity, and a clear commitment to getting things done right. There were a few unexpected hurdles along the way -- as is common with older homes -- and David handled each one with the kind of initiative and accountability that's rare these days. For example, when we uncovered complications during the removal of an old kitchen fan that required electrical work, David didn't pass the burden onto me. He coordinated directly with an electrician to ensure the issue was addressed properly and safely. Another example: when removing the power meter, we found it had been mounted poorly by a prior contractor. Rather than cutting corners, David again brought in an electrician -- driving an hour each way to make sure it was fully corrected before reinstalling. His communication throughout the project was excellent. I always knew where things stood, what was coming next, and where he or his team were working. He consistently explained any challenges we ran into with clarity, laid out my options, and offered well-considered recommendations without pressure. David was realistic, transparent, and respectful of both my time and my home. If you're looking for a team that will treat your project with the level of care and attention you'd expect for their own home -- Max Pro Roofing is it. In short: If you want your siding done right, want to be treated like a true partner in the process, and want to feel confident in the results, don't think twice about hiring Max Pro.

Anger did not know what lichens are. He called them mold...so wrong. He's a roofer??? 2. Angel charged me twice his quote. (This is before I had him come back). He said to pay the full amount because he will come back to be sure we were 100% satisfied. Shame on me...I paid him. :-(
