Angel arrived promptly for the free estimates, he explained what was needed and gave us a price. We hired Vera to complete a siding repair and it was completed in an orderly and timely manner. Because of all of the above we hired Vera Construction again to replace our roof. Both estimates were very good and both jobs were completed with their own professional crew! I would recommend Vera Construction to family, friends and neighbors.

I don't typically write these reviews, but I definitely want to jump on here and say Dale Rimmer…read morewas beyond amazing. I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

We asked around for a local roofer and received recommendations from 3 different people for Snyder Roofing. We called, and Rick returned our called that afternoon and happened to be in our area, so he stopped by. Called the next day with a verbal estimate. Rick was very open and honest regarding our roof problem and the fact that there may be some hidden issues due to the roof age, etc. He made us feel very comfortable with his repair ideas and processes. We signed a contract 2 days later (Sunday). Rick, his son Mitchel, and a work crew of 5 arrived promptly Tuesday morning. The job was complete by noon Wednesday. Rick and Mitchell (the owners) couldn't have made the experience better. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, I never felt for a second that they were giving me the "hard sell". In fact, I got the impression that their integrity and reputation was more important to them then anything else. After speaking with several of their previous clients, my wife and I decided to go with Snyder and selected the Timberline line of GAF for the shingles. Since Snyder is a certified GAF installer, it came with a lifetime warranty. Their team worked non-stop from the moment they arrived to the moment they left each day. Neat and professional, they protected the house and cleaned up the yard everyday. We have a large roof (over 7K sq ft). They knocked it out in less then 5 days.
