All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year.
