The rep said turning it sideways to get it thought the door was a special event somehow and that I would have to sign some papers. Seriously, I'm paying $700 to move a 350 pound object from the parking lot into my apartment. All Service Moving should bake the liability into the cost. If they drop it and I can't fix it, I'm willing to eat the $3k to buy a new one but they should at least agree to haul the old one away and move in the next one for free.

I was able to message with someone online to coordinate details and even adjust our move as plans shifted, which made the whole process much less stressful. On moving day, our crew was incredible. Andy, Miraj, Muha, Tatty, and Aibar were kind, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. They worked hard, stayed positive, and handled everything with care. We staged our split items into 4 different areas in the house (plus the large items were in their places in the home. Carlos, Victor, and Lenar were a pleasure to spend the day with. We ended up having them for about 7.5 hours. They were careful with all of our belongings and did an excellent job in keeping our stuff separate and accommodating all of our needs. I will be using Budget Movers again 9 days later for another move and I now know that I won't be disappointed using Budget.
