I don't post many reviews, because after awhile they just become redundant, but this one I felt I had to write. Our pool had 22 years of crud on the tile and looked to our untrained eyes to be hopeless, and we hired Precision to clean it based on a recommendation from the service that does our pool chemicals. From the moment we called to schedule the estimate, the experience was efficient, professional, and they valued our time by sending prompt notifications of arrival time. We scheduled the cleaning and, though we were hopeful, we were a little skeptical about whether they could get everything off. Yesterday Aaron and a crew came to tackle the beast. The end result is amazing. They got everything off and the tile is clear of any residual crud. Equally important to us is the professionalism, common courtesy, and attention to detail Aaron and the two young men with him showed. They were friendly and courteous, and even concerned as they began draining the pool that the water draining might flood a neighbor's driveway a few doors down, so they re-routed the drain to avoid that. The clean-up left the yard back to normal, including washing dust off the leaves of surrounding plants, leaving us only minimal dust clean-up to do around the peripheral area that they surely would have done had I asked them to (I told them I'd take care of it). There is very little evidence they were ever here, except for our appreciation. The price was a solid investment, and we would recommend Precision without reservation. We recently moved into a house with our first pool. The pool tiles had obviously been neglected for years and needed some TLC. I asked our pool guy if he knew anyone and he highly recommended Brian and his crew. I left Brian a message and he called me back right away. He asked for some measurements and photos and quickly came up with an accurate estimate. He was able to schedule the work within a week and his crew came out and completed the work in about half a day. The results were amazing, the tiles were restored to their original dark blue color and looked great. We were very impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Now fast forward about 6 months. The tile started to show some calcium buildup, especially around the spa waterfall. This is normal with the hard water in our area and the tiles need some maintenance to keep them looking good. I tried to remove the buildup on the spa with a recommended cleaning product but the tiles looked hazy no matter how much I tried. I sent Brian a photo and asked him if he had any advice for me to get rid of the haze. He told me he had a crew that was finishing up a job and would send them by to take a look. They came by that afternoon and determined the area needed to be re-treated and would return the next day. They came by today and re-blasted and re-sealed the tiles in the ENTIRE pool free of charge! Everything looks great again, I was totally blown away- If that's not the epitome of excellent customer service I don't know what is. First off, I must say that I don't usually do Yelp reviews, but I was inspired to do one today because of the AMAZING experience I had with Precision Pool Tile Cleaning. I contacted Precision Pool Tile Cleaning today to inquire about having the natural stone pool coping at my home in San Diego cleaned and ultimately it turned out that they were able to come several hours later to complete the project. From the moment the truck arrived in front of my house I was met by Gil who cordially greeted me and got right to assessing my pool. Several minutes later, I was met by the owner Brian Isbell, Joe, and Garret who got right to the task of removing the years of build up of calcium from my pool stone. Brian, Gil, Joe, and Garret worked as a team and in a little over an hour they had successfully completed the job. I was blowed away at how quickly and detailed they worked. If you have ever tried to remove the calcium yourself you know how amazing it is that they completed the task so quickly and good. I was so HAPPY and AMAZED to see a company do exactly what they said they would do and they did it with such pride, professionalism, and joy! Wonderful service! 10 year old glass and feature wall tile looks brand new. All the calcium and other buildup is completely removed. The shine is back! From the ease of doing an estimate with photos, flexible scheduling, their use of a competent crew, and the detailed information provided both before and after the cleaning, Precision operates a business as it should be. I would certainly ignore the 5/2023 review which was based solely on an unfounded concern about sending photos -- Precision's estimate was the exact amount agreed on/charged. This process was certainly alot more timely than waiting for an "in person" estimate. I wish I found Precision first, would have saved me much time calling other businesses (and wasted time waiting for an "estimator" to show up). After sending the photos, I had an estimate and an appointment within a week. Pricing was reasonable. I called several pool companies, and they were the obvious choice from a pricing and experience standpoint. Arron, Issac and Issac did a stellular job both on the tile, and cleanup after. Polite, efficient and able to provide information about what they were doing and what we should be doing going forward. Only had to lower the pool 6" and we expect to be back in the water swimming 24-48 hours from service. I will hire them again, and highly recommend this business. read more

Just had my pool tile cleaned today. Aaron and Dave showed up early within the given time slot and I not only received a text stating that they were on their way, but I got a call from Aaron to confirm their arrival as well. These two guys were polite, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns prior to starting the job. As for the cleaning of the tiles...I can only say it looks AWESOME! It looks like new again. The clean-up was as good as you can expect. No complaints whatsoever. I am completely satisfied and will have no second thoughts as to who I will call to do this again when the time comes. During the time when I was calling around for bidding and such, even the competitors said what an awesome job Precision Pool Tile Cleaning does!!! Who says that unless it's true? We just purchased a home built in 1961 that had an older pool in it with tile and brick surrounding the pool and spa. The tile and brick had a lot of white build up to the point that we expected we'd have to replace a considerable portion of it. But I read the Yelp! reviews and decided to give it a shot. So glad I did as Precision Pool were great to deal with, they showed up on time and on the date promised (seems rare these days for anyone providing services to homeowners). And the pool tile and brick looks like new. We have literally spent thousands of dollars on our new home in the past few weeks (painting, furniture, flooring, light fixtures, electricians, etc.) and my wife and I feel that Precision Pool Tile Cleaning was the best money spent--they made our pool look like new. Wow...my tile looks brand new! I had my tile cleaned for the first time since it was installed in 2018. Precision Pool Tile Cleaning was recommended by my pool guy. The whole process was a very positive experience. Christy handles all the communication before, during and after the process. She did a GREAT job keeping me informed of all the details. The crew...Aaron, John and Victor...arrived on time. I did take time to remove as much off the patio as possible because they did warn me that the process makes a lot dust. Glad I did too! The process took way less time than I thought it would...under two hours. The crew did a great job cleaning up by using a blower and wiping down the patio furniture. I was also pleasantly surprised at the cost, which was way less than I was planning for so a great value! I also took advantage of their Tile and Grout Cleaner. As with all the other 5-star comments, this is a first-class company. After making the call for an appointment, I received a nice telephone call and scheduled the cleaning. Before their arrival, I received a detailed outline of instructions on how to prepare for their arrival and how the process would go. Arriving at my home with a professional truck and the team of three, all dressed and presented themselves as professionals. About two hours later my pool tile was better than new. My yard was clean and clear instructions on how to manage the pool over the next 24 hours were left with me. I never felt that the team was rushing as they took care to do the job right. Value, it is a labor-intensive project, well worth the cost. The results prove it. This is an excellent company with caring employees. Precision Pool and Tile Cleaning, all I can say is wow! This is the first review that I have written, but this company deserves my time. I had my pool tile cleaned in April 2018 and in a few months it was cloudy. Naturally I was not happy, so I called Precision and told them what was going on. Brian asked me to take some photos and text them to him. The next day Brian said he would have a crew back out there to redo the tile. I then asked Brian if he could wait until September because construction work was going on next door and he said no problem. Today the Precision crew came and did a great job again! They also cleaned up any and all messes that relate to the job in fact they were fantastic! I'm 72 years (young/old) whatever, but during those years this is the first business I have found that really stands behind their products and work. The folks at Precision Pool Tile Cleaning were outstanding. I called for an estimate and they were immediately available. Their estimate was extremely competitive and I scheduled service right away to have my pool tiles cleaned. The tiles had not been cleaned for about 10 years and had hard (about 1/8 inch caked on calcium, etc) deposits that could not be removed by hand scrubbing. I had to change the date and time of service a few times and they were very accommodating. When they arrived they sent over three workers who knew exactly what they were doing and within a couple hours of cleaning and sealing - the tile around my pool looks brand-new! They cleaned up the entire pool and surrounding area of the pool before leaving. From the folks on the phone to the gentlemen who did the work - everyone was very courteous, polite and professional. Great company. Great service. Brian went above an beyond to remove heavy calcium build-up on the tile, ledger stone, and stacked flagstone spa spillway. When finished, he used a sealer that restored color to the ledger stone and it all looks original again. Brian scheduled the service for the afternoon, 2 weeks earlier than he thought he was available to make sure the yard was ready for an upcoming party. He and the company kept me up to date on his arrival time. One note to homeowners is that there will be residue from the process throughout the yard afterwards and you will need to blow everything down or hose it off. This will be the case regardless of the company you use. It's rare to find a contractor who does quality work and has good communication, but Precision Pool Tile Cleaning does both. There are very few contractors I would recommend to friends and family and these guys make that short list. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more
