That makes no sense to me because they have list so much in sales from under stocking. I don't know if it is that they aren't in the profit range or just not well managed. I finally found one red polish of the literal 20 bottles that they had all mixed together by the door. The card was a wash!! She was chatting with the cashier, showing her vacation photos. They both saw when I got in line and carried on. They kept talking and swiping through their phone as if I was invisible. This lasted at least 10 minutes! Another patron arrived and they carried on, the guy that was also in line was giving me "what the heck is going on" looks. The cashier and person finally wrapped up their conversation and she left. The cashier said maybe 3 words to me and sent me on my way. I have now transferred my prescription elsewhere.

I finally gave up on CVS and walked into the 24-hour Walgreens on Hageman last night completely fed up. Catherine took one look at my history today; instantly knew the real issue (Medi-Cal refuses the combo Prempro pill but covers the estrogen and progestin separately), cancelled the problematic gel script the night staff had tried, switched me to Premarin 0.3 mg tablets (which is straight-covered, no prior-auth or override needed), and had it approved and ready at $0.00 in less than an hour -- all by herself, no phone calls to the doctor, no waiting until Monday. Night staff had been confused and kept pushing the gel route, but Catherine fixed the entire mess in one visit on a Saturday. She's knowledgeable, fast, and actually cares about getting people their meds the same day. If you're on Medi-Cal in Bakersfield and running into hormone replacement coverage nightmares, go straight to this Walgreens and ask for Catherine. She just saved my sanity. Thank you!!

She was in the hospital and needed the medication upon leaving the hospital. The pharmacy at hospital also called. They were also unhung up on. We went to the pharmacy in person, gave them an insurance card. We found out they to do take Anthem Blue cross which was new for my daughter. She still was also still covered through family medical. They then said they could not use her family medical because that was a secondary insurance and we would have to go somewhere else or pay out of pocket. We choose to go to a location that took Blue Cross. They promised they would transfer all the medication for us. Once the pharmacy called for them. They did transfer 2 out of 3. Now, they know her name and all get hugs every time I take her in. This is just a wonderful place full of sweet, loving people. You can't get that at the chain pharmacies. The pharmacist at Lee's makes a diaper rash cream that takes care of just about everything. It handles the rash, kills bacteria, and protects the skin all at the same time. You will need a prescription for it, but it is totally awesome. Ask your pediatrician if your baby has a hard to cure rash. Most of the local Bakersfield pediatricians know about Diana Lee's diaper rash cream. Coming to Lee's is also a great way to support local Bakersfield businesses. They have reasonable prices and they also have delivery if you need. I believe there is no charge for delivery but ask them to be sure. I am a Lee's Pharmacy customer for life.

It's really convenient to have a Walmart close to my home, making it easy to pop in whenever I need something. Plus, who doesn't love Walmart for its affordable prices? The staff members are generally helpful and provide great customer service. My kids love coming along because they always want to check out the latest releases in the toy department. One of the nice features is that they have services like FedEx, a haircut spot, and a pretzel shop inside. I remember when there used to be a McDonald's there, and I'm not sure why it was removed--perhaps it was the end of their contract. I really hope Walmart can strike a deal to bring McDonald's back because it was great to grab breakfast there while shopping. In summary, I appreciate the affordability and the good customer service at this Walmart. The overall environment is pleasant, so I'd say my experience has been very positive!
