I can't rave enough about how amazing this experience was. The final result is more than I could have imagined. When we decided we wanted to add on to the patio, I just thought of more space. Bob came out to our house and soon after, sent us the blueprint. I thought wow that looks creative! However, I didn't really know what to expect. My deck has different levels and I wasn't sure how it would all fit together. The section they would be working on was a mess and nothing short of an embarrassment. I just mentioned to Bob I was embarrassed of the area and that I was having a party Aug.4th. He then told me "I'll have it done before then"! I was shocked! I didn't expect that at all! The team was in and out in a day and a half!! From literally having to dig out a few small trees to building a beautiful boarder wall. When I seen the final result, I was beyond amazed. They custom cut blocks to fit my area and added a beautiful design that honestly is just added uniqueness and quality. Precision Pavers couldn't have a better name. This company was recommended by a co-worker of my husband's. After checking out their Website I left a message in the contact us section explaining what we were looking for and the most important fact, that we live in Arlington. We were not sure they would even travel that far. Within 20 minutes we received a phone call. An appointment was set. Bob and his team did a superb job on my patio from start to finish. I was impressed with Bob right away. He not only brought samples of the paving stones when he did the estimate (other contractors simply pointed to pictures in a catalog), he took the time and trouble to make sure the colors of the stones would complement the bricks of my house. The day of the job, his men came early (!) and worked in the heat the full day, just taking an hour for lunch. Because the concrete of my old porch was much thicker than they had expected, they removed a section of my fence (with my permission) to bring in a bobcat which assisted in the demolition. This extra step meant they couldn't finish up in a single day, but they arrived early again the next morning and were completely done in two hours. They left the job site in pristine condition, even smoothing out the dirt at the side of the house. The men were thorough and professional and took the time to ensure that every aspect of my new patio was done right, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I now have a patio I can be proud of. I could not recommend Bob and Precision Pavers more. I have worked with my fair share of contractors and have found that all I want are three things: 1) A quality product, 2) A fair price, and 3) Someone who is easy to work with (e.g. does what they promise, easy to get a hold of, etc.). Most of the time, you are lucky to get two of those three. However, I was incredibly satisfied with Precision Pavers on all three aspects. Bob came out on a Tuesday evening, listened to what we wanted, and drew up the plans right there. He offered his expertise in certain aspects, however took the time to get to know what we wanted (another contractor wanted to do the job their way, and didn't really listen to what we wanted). The job was completed 5 days later. His crew was professional and courteous to my wife while she was working from home. Lastly, we are extremely happy with the finished product. I used Precision Pavers in July 2020 to do my backyard patio work, which included almost 1000 sq foot of travertine pavers, seating area build using Oklahoma chopped and flag stone, and an outdoor kitchen. I am completely impressed with the quality of work that was done by Bob and his team (jose and Aturro). Before starting the job Bob came over to my house atleast 2-3 times to finalize the design and the estimates. His response was prompt. He started the job on time and finished per schedule. We decided to update our pool patio and after several quotes from different companies and products (stamped concrete, pavers or travertine) we decided to go with a travertine stone from Precision Pavers and it was a great decision. We worked with Michele and it could not have gone any better. From her color suggestions, to design ideas and her immediate responses to my texts, she was great to work with on the project. Precision Pavers did a wonderful job creating a patio space for us that looks tailor made for our backyard. We have a tree in the middle of our yard that we didn't want to remove, however, we were afraid that any patio we put in would be affected by the root system. Someone suggested pavers as a way to avoid future cracks in a patio that could necessitate the entire patio needing to be replaced. Bob at Precision Pavers was recommended. They installed a large patio deck in my backyard, overlaying existing aggregate deck in some areas and filling in previous landscape beds. I absolutely love the finished product. Used crab orchard which is a mix of 6 different sizes. The entire process was excellent. Bob is a very good communicator, letting me know a day or two in advance if there was a scheduled delay (which there was, due to rain) and he followed up multiple times during installation process. His crew, with Arturo as the foreman, did excellent work and addressed each of my concern areas. The prep work they did and the clean up were also thorough. Highly recommended. We had Precision Pavers build us a patio 21 years ago and have enjoyed and used it for many occasions, birthdays , holidays and graduations. We needed some adjustments to be made to the pavers after some settling had occurred in one corner. So I called The number on the original invoice and lo and behold they were still in business and were able to come out and make the repairs as needed making the Patio look brand new again! So rare these days to find a company that's been in business for decades and still has the customer's best interest at heart. My husband and I contacted Precision Pavers to help us design and build a porch that would enhance our view of the lake. Never did I dream that I would love the end results as much as we have. Bob was fantastic to work with and very fair in his pricing. I love dealing with Precision Pavers. They did such a fantastic job on my patio about 6 months ago, I had them back out to pave the side of my yard. That spot would not grow grass and was nothing but a mud pile. My dogs were always dragging in the mud when it rained and there wasn't much I could do about it. Bob suggested the pavers and after knowing what a great job they do it was a no brainer. The side looks great now and no more mud. I knew it would look great but I did not realize the functionality until it was done. It's great for storing outside stuff and it helped me clear a lot of space on my patio. We recently had a new pool deck added as part of a pool remodel, and the pavers the general contractor used to cover our skimmers were extremely heavy and difficult to remove for skimmer clean out. I called on Bob for a solution (his company previously did our front walkway and stoop) and he cut the pavers horizontally to about 1/3 of their original thickness - exactly what I asked for and had been told couldn't be done. Now they're perfect and easy for my wife to remove if I'm away. Not only was it done fast, but Bob refused to let me pay him anything for the work. That's service above and beyond! read more
