We did not just use Precision Pavers once and get lucky. We have used them on multiple projects over the years, and every experience has been a good one. What stands out most is that they really know how to problem-solve. Our yard had slope issues, drainage issues, and later a side area that stayed muddy and gross because it never got enough sun. Each time, they came up with a solution that was practical, attractive, and done with real care. When they expanded our patio, they matched the existing pavers so seamlessly you would never know the work had been done in different stages. On the latest project, even with the original paver discontinued, they chose a replacement that looks fantastic and the price could not be beat. They show up when they say they will, communicate well, keep the job site neat, and the finished work looks polished and intentional. They redid the driveway approach on my home in Plano. What was interesting was they were not the first place I called. I wanted the approach done while I was out of town because it would block access to my garage. The first company I called would not do it if I wasn't there. (I think they were worried they wouldn't get paid.) Precision Pavers was happy to accept this job and did excellent work. I had to send them a deposit, and then a final payment. We contacted Bob to ask about having a irrigation cap removed from the patio that Precision Pavers had helped us design, and by the way came out beautifully. There were two small spots that also needed a slight leveling as well. Bob explained that I needed to contact the office and fill out a repair request. Isabell, the office manager, was very helpful and scheduled a time for Bob to come out to look at the areas. Bob helped us with both requests and had his crew completed both replacing the paver that contained the irrigation cap with a brand new pavestone and the two small areas needing leveling by adding sand and compounding the area. I had this company install a paver patio about a decade ago. I now have significant sinking along the drainage line from the downspout to the drain in the yard. I called the company and asked if they could fix it (out of warranty, which is for 5 years). I was told to send pictures and the owner would call me back to set up an appointment or come to the house and inspect the problem. I sent the pictures that same day. I waited a week, no call, no response. I emailed again and was told that my pictures had been given to the owner, he should call me. I then waited another month, no response. At this point I understood that service after the sale was not important. I found someone else to do the repair and I notified the company that I was no longer interested in their "service." read more

So Precision Pavers redid my pool deck. First issue was the slope of the deck toward the house rather than away. They fixed that. 2nd issue they didn't cap the skimmers or deck pool drains and were dumping sand unit them that then had to be flushed. 3rd issue they didn't use polymeric sand to seek the paver cracks. They swore they did but they didn't. I had two paving companies come out to independently verify. 4 issue they used play sand instead of builders sand. Builders sand had clay which makes it much more compressible. 5 issue they used way to much play sand. Up to 6 inches in places. They should have used base rock. At least 6 inches and than an inch and a half of sand. They didn't. 6 issue I asked them to leave the additional paver and and the make and model information . They never did. I tried to get them to come out correct. Office says they were on it. Never heard from them. Tried multiple times. Now I get to hire another company for 8k to repair a 15k 6 month old pool deck. Maybe they do walk ways well. Not so good at pool decks read more

We had the pavers around our pool replaced by a company named Morecrete (aka Moreno Bros). We hired them to replace our retaining wall and said they could lay pavers as well. So we hired them to do that too. The grout used on the coping around our pool was not cleaned up after application (I figured they knew what they were doing so I didnt say anything), so it dried on the pavers and could not be removed. They sand blasted the coping and ended up removing the top layer, exposing the unattractive filling material of the paver. The cuts were sloppy, and the whole job looked like I paid my drunk uncle to do it. We tried to save the situation by allowing the guy who resurfaced our pool to fix the poor work the Moreno Bros did. The pool resurface looked good, but the water line tile, again, looked like my drunk uncle did the job. Not only was he unable to remove the grout overage, the waterline tile was layed crooked with the net behind the tile sticking out in some areas and sloppy grout work. I felt like the pool was cursed. Every time I got in the pool, it was like a sock in the eye to have to look at something that I just spent so much money on but still looked awful. We decided to start over with Corey. We were nervous and demanding, and Corey was nothing but respectful and understanding. Precision Pavers did a wonderful job. Our backyard looks beautiful. Corey's crew removed the damaged pavers and laid new ones, and removed and replaced the water line tile. They correctly built out the left side of our hot tub, so everything looks uniform. We weren't happy with the steps, so they re-did them to our liking. 3 months later, our pool stopped draining with the first heavy rain. We called Corey Corey and asked him to figure out what was going on. He brought a plumber out a couple of times to figure out what the problem was. We just assumed it was Corey's issue bc this had never happened before. They discovered the drain line stopped right before the retaining wall and went nowhere. It looks like the pipe was cut when they installed the retaining wall. Corey's plumber fixed the situation so it would drain out to the creek behind our house. He only charged us what the plumber charged him! I can't say enough positive things about Corey and Precision Pavers. I sure am glad I found them! read more

We can't recommend these guys enough! My wife and I had honestly been avoiding our back yard because, as you can see in the before picture, it was incredibly muddy and just gross looking. Anytime it rained our dog would be a mess and we just didn't have room to clean her. Our patio is beyond what we were hoping for and as you can see in the picture it really transforms the aesthetic. They installed a patio for us 10 yrs ago. Now tree roots have pushed some pavers up. My husband removed pavers and chopped the roots but we have spent hours trying to align the pavers. Hired them to install patio stones around my pool. Showed up with 8 people and by 12 o'clock there were 11 people on the site, among them a kid who could not be older then 15 years. Only foreman spoke English. Result is a deck that has so many faults that one does not know where to begin. I wrote him a letter detailing all deficiencies and met with Bob for a 30 min. discussing ALL problems, which my wife also recorded. He agreed to fix (which actually would require removal of all stones and re-installation). Showed up next day with a crew of 4 people, they patched it up a little bit and left. Most of the issues were not resolved. Now he wants a payment for full amount and WILL NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY, although on the quote it says 5 years warranty. Seems like we are heading for a court, as I have not made any payments yet. Bob is arrogant, and will try to "educate" you if you contradict him. Boasts about his 30 years of experience, but he shows up for 5 min. on the site. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Work is shoddy, substandard, and does not satisfy minimum of industry standards, such as that water should drain away from the pool, and not into the pool. We worked with Bob and couldn't be happier. Our first experience was April of 2009, we wanted to expand our patio and looked in all the various solutions (primarily decks and concrete slab w/finish) when we thought about paving. Well this turned out to be a very economical route and it turned out just great. Fast (one day), efficient...the extended patio looked (looks) great. Fast forward to Feb 2011. We decided to extended the patio even further due to a home addition. They were able to add on the first extension in a seamless manner. Again the price was quite reasonable and they were fast and friendly once again. Lastly... unrelated to the paving, we had an issue with our sprinkler system that required the removal of some of the pave stones to gain access under a concrete slab.... the precision pavers crew came out and replaced the stones for a very reasonable price. Our experience, on three different occasions, has been just great and I definitely recommend these folks. read more

We have an update on the amazing customer service that Precision Pavers offers its customers. We recently had a runaway, loaded up trailer crash into our retaining wall, and damage it greatly. The contractors who owned the trailer tried their best to put the stones back to where they were, but it was obviously not good enough. We called Precision Pavers to ask what we should do. The owner came out to our house, did a quick assessment, gave the very fair price for repair to our neighbors who had hired the contractors initially, and then we were done. We felt important and appreciated. A couple of guys came out a couple days later and repaired the wall like it was brand new. I first used Precision Pavers to replace our pool decking - they removed the old cool deck and installed the pavers (around 3,000 sf) and installed new in about 3 days - incredibly fast and cleaned up great. Then we had them out to replace our front walk and steps - again another perfect job. Next we replaced our driveway and parking area - perfect! Our last project involved relaying some pool deck pavers to tie into a new stone patio - done in 4 hours! The greatest thing about pavers is they do not move or sink - to even remove them is tough the are so locked in together. First impressions are great. Install went quickly, but left some minor wear/damage to street from moving pallets of stone. A run of pavers had to be removed and reinstalled and that left missing grout/sand in many places...many. Its been 5 month and $14752.00 dollars. I literally cannot begin to describe the incompetence we had to endure after we hired them. It was a very simple job just to extend the patio with some pavers and put in a very simple grill. Nothing fancy. We hired them in March....by the time all the problems that occurred were resolved it was JULY!!!!! For something that was supposed to take a couple days! That is OUTRAGEOUS. The lead on the project, Cory, was difficult to get a hold of and slow to fix the problems that occurred. Every project that he had always came before us and he didn't show up several times when he was supposed to. Particularly once they had our money it was horribly frustrating getting them to fix the issues in a timely manner. He did say he felt bad about all the problems that happened (which he insisted were rare and he had never had happen before) so he offered to seal the grill counter top for free and he obviously had no idea what he was doing because he damaged it. It took WEEKS for him to finally hire someone to fix it and they ended up having to PAY US for the damage because it wasn't fully fixable. That's right...they had to PAY US for messing it up, and that was only after we threatened legal action because they were taking too long to make it right. We called the company SEVERAL times asking to speak to the CEO and we NEVER ONCE received a call back even they they continually promised he would call. He clearly did not care. It was terribly unprofessional. The whole thing was draining and exhausting. And what was done was sloppily done. I would NEVER NEVER recommend them to anyone. Do NOT hire them if you want a straight forward, professional job done in a practical amount of time. I have no idea how they have stayed in business. read more

This was a major undertaking, they built support walls because our back yard slopes down drastically, and they put in drains so that the water sheds off of our house and the patio correctly. The crew was great, they worked very hard the entire time they were there, and they cleaned up everything so that you couldn't even tell anyone just did a major project in our back yard.
