We had a great experience with Legacy Custom Pavers. Brandon (owner) came over to give me an estimate on installing a circular driveway. Other companies (cement) told us it couldn't be done due to large water main plates. Brandon took pictures of neighbor's home who had the plates and was able to get the county to approve our project. Brandon had multiple paver options dropped off at my house to help me choose. He also came out and spray painted the driveway so we could envision the final design. Brandon didn't pressure us and told us to call when we were ready. We are very pleased with the completed driveway. The crew came and were experienced and worked very efficiently. A couple issues with sprinklers that were fixed immediately. One patch of grass died due to sprinkler and Brandon had new sod installed the next day. Thank you Brandon! read more

First, the owner, Brandon, gave us an honest and reasonable bid for our large backyard patio/courtyard project that was less than half that of an equitable competitor, but included even more work! Even as the project progressed, and unforeseen details came up, the price remained the same, and each issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Outstanding value! Quick and Reliable! We had 1600 sqft of paving done, with retention steps, a sitting wall, cobbled paths, and a significant lighting package. Brandon and his team showed up on time, on the scheduled day, and worked non-stop for 5 days. There was always a supervisor on site, and Brandon or his supervisor communicated with me every day. Everyone on the team was a pro, and worked at a very quick pace. The work was started and completed exactly on schedule. Quality. They know their stuff, and from start to finish, our project was done right. From installing electrical, moving irrigation lines, burying and re-routing drainage lines, to ensuring level and grade, their work was done properly, without cutting corners. This work will last. We recently had our patio redone by Legacy Custom Pavers. We had a two level part wood deck/part stone outdated patio that was not very usable. They came up with a great design to present and we were so thrilled with the process from start to finish! Robert was our contact person, and he was great to work with, prompt with appointments, knowledgeable, and had great follow-through! The pricing we received from Legacy compared to the other bids we received was very fair and even a little less than other competitors. We needed some stonework done to match an existing retaining and they have a stone mason crew that was able to handle our entire project. We had a slight delay due to structure of existing supports for our patio cover, and they handled it quickly and only charged us the cost that they paid with no markup and only delayed our project by a couple of days.
