Extremely poor service from Elevated Roofing. I would avoid them at all cost. We used them for our roof replacement 4 years ago and it was a horrible experience. They no-showed TWICE to a scheduled inspection that I had to schedule time off work to accommodate. The communication on their end is horrendous. People within the same company tell you different things and they don't follow up. Had people showing up to my house unannounced as well. They also didn't want to do an the repairs that were recommended and basically had to tell them to do it. Fast forward 4 years and needing some roof repair. I only called them for potential warranty coverage. Someone came out on 5/31 and I never heard from them again. I called the week after and they said they were working on a quote for me but no response. I called again the week after and they tried to schedule another inspection later in the week, even though I already had one. I asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would same day. Still no response a week later. They can't even provide a simple quote for a repair. If you want to be left in the dark and frustrated, go with Elevated Roofing, where the only thing elevated is your blood pressure. read more

We went through three different roofing companies to get a leak in the front of our house fixed. Called Elevated Roofing and the very next day they had a crew led by Jose Martinez and his brother out to look over the roof. After getting into the attic to see where the leak was coming from, they fixed it in 45 minutes and later charged me a ridiculously low amount (relative to the other quotes I received and paid) for the repair. Very professional and efficient. They were very easy to work with and put on a beautiful roof. They worked great with our insurance as well. Their pricing is extremely reasonable for the product you get. I really felt like I got more for my money and will definitely use them again if needed. The quote was very detailed with lots of photos of the damage, they worked with the insurance company and walked me through every step of the claim. We have worked with Mike and his team going back to October 2013. When the hailstorm that occurred on May 19, 2023. Without a doubt, our first call was to Mike to request an evaluation of the damaged. To ensure the necessary repairs was accurate. Mike's son went out of his way to be on-site when the Insurance Adjuster performed the inspection. Within 17 days of receiving the Insurance Damage Estimate (June 3) Mike's team proceeded with the repairs. Once the repairs were completed the quality of the work was outstanding. We went with Elevated Roofing to repair hail damage to our roof, fence, and ceiling (in one room). The first encounters were Kenny were fantastic; he provided all the information we needed, checked in on questions we had, and offered services at an affordable cost. We had a relatively pleasant experience with getting our roof replaced. Workers showed up bright and early and got to work, even beating a 2 or 3pm rainstorm. Despite some issues with the subcontractors for the fence staining and ceiling in one living room, Kenny and the Elevated Roofing staff have worked hard to make sure that we were happy with our experience and addressed our concerns. Last week we noticed we had a roof leak in the attic. After calling Elevated Roofing, a crew was sent to inspect the roof for leaks under warranty. They found that storm damage to the chimney wall was the cause of the leak and not the roof. Obviously, this damage was not covered under warranty as it had nothing to do with their work on the roof. This is the second time we've used Elevated Roofing in the past 10 years for repairs after hail storms. They do exactly what they say they will do exactly when and for exactly what price they quoted. Seems I am always asking for recommendations but rarely giving them. But I feel a need to give this recommendation for Elevated Roofing, owned by Mike Witte. My husband and I live in Frisco Lakes and on February 22, 2022, we had a hailstorm which damaged just about everything.; roof, gutters & downspouts, windows, hardwood flooring, drywall, pergola, inside shutters, and rugs. I honestly wish I had just given the entire insurance check to Mike and told him to do everything because we are still trying to get contractors to do the work that we contracted with them. Our insurance claim was large and because we had a mortgage the insurance company sent the check to the mortgage company and then we had to deal with both the insurance and the mortgage company. It has been and continues to be very stressful but the exceptional contractor/company in all this was and is Elevated Roofing. They worked with both the mortgage and the insurance company to get them everything we needed - which was a lot, and it was time consuming for all the contractors and for me and my husband. Mike was out here the morning of the storm going house to house, which normally I don't like, but I talked with several neighbors who have lived in Texas for many years, and they said you want Mike at Elevated Roofing to do your roof. He went up on the roof, the owner himself, and noted all the issues and put plastic up so that no more water damage could happen to our roof or attic. He told us we did indeed need a new roof and gutters and downspouts, among other things like new windows and the pergola would need to be replaced. He was professional and spoke clearly about what needed to be done. Once we finally received the check for the roof, gutters and downspouts, and the windows, Mike came and sat down with us and went over everything and I handed him the check. I was a little nervous about handing over the check for those three items, but I did and am glad I did. He put us on the schedule to put on a new roof and gutters and downspouts and new windows. It was about 2 weeks out for the roof and gutters. He called the day before and told us his men would be out at sunrise the next morning and they were here just like he said they would be. The following day the gutters were installed. We are still waiting on the windows because they are coming from the factory and are scheduled for August 20th. I have complete faith in Mike and his company that they will be installed and that the people installing them will be just as polite, courteous, and professional as were his roofers and gutter people. After the roofing was installed, he had his guys going all around the house, the driveway, and the road in front of our house to pick up any nails that had fallen to the ground. We did have a fan in the bathroom that sounded like it was dead, so I called Mike and he told me he would send over two of his guys that afternoon and they showed up on time and cleaned all three fans out and made sure they all worked perfectly. Mike actually answers his phone when you call him. This might not sound like a big deal, but it is a very big deal. And when he tells you he or his men were going to be here they were here. My husband and I had a wooden block on our roof fall off during a storm. Elevated Roofing was quick to respond to my inquiry and come take a look at the repair. Tried for two months to get Elevated Roofing to schedule my roof replacement. This was after getting initial estimate which they were very prompt to provide! Unbelievable! You would think they would want the $8000!! Would not return phone calls- Disorganized Staff- Made several follow up attempts to schedule job (3). Seems to indicate lack of business acumen at the top. I would not trust them to put on a roof if they can't even handle good customer service getting the job scheduled. Very Sad. When I asked for the detail of what they were going to do with the roof, they could not provide a detail that was found with most other roofing companies. The owner would just say over and over again, "We'll take care of you." Well no way. Went to another roofing company, they did a great job and even provided gutters at a reasonable cost. Just because you think someone is related to a local church like Elevate Life, don't believe any con artist. Get quotes and make reasonable decisions. Elevated quickly came out and performed the installation and all was well. Then, a few months later, I thought I started hearing the fan be a little louder than it used to be. Great company! They came out and inspected my roof after a recent storm and were completely honest with me in telling me I didn't need repairs. I know nothing about roofs and they could have easily told me I needed repairs and I would have believed them. However, my neighbor did need repairs and I was so impressed with the workers. Roof seems to be great. However, I've made 7 calls and even visited the company to get them to pick up nails, staples, and fasteners from my yard. We spent 30 minutes and picked up around 45 nails with a magnet we had to buy. They claim the grass is too tall and want to wait until the mower slings them all over the yard. The rain diverter is still laying beside the house for apx 2 weeks. We have small children and pets that play in the backyard everyday. I will update this review of they handle their business. They finally came out and swept for nails I guess. The rain diverter is installed wrong, and the guy I was dealing with made up lies on the BBB complaint. Totally predatory company. Stay clear. Apparently me just being a "tenant" negates my needs for my children to play safely in the yard. read more
