The only time I felt the doctor was giving an in-depth look at what was going on with my eyes. They offer you two additional exams that insurance does not pay for, but they are not expensive and worth it for the amount of detail analysis/images they are able to get on your eyes. I hate shopping and shopping for glasses is not remotely on my list of "favorite things" to do; however, she was very helpful and narrowed the type of styles I liked so I could pick what worked best for me. Dr. Cha was honestly the best. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, and she didn't rush at all. She took the time to show me images of my eyes and really explain everything, which made me feel a lot more comfortable.
