Contacted these guys and they were able to help me out last minute. I was moving all of our heavy items out of our home into storage about 20 minutes away. They had 3 guys and brought their large truck which was able to fit everything. They were extremely efficient in clearing the house and unloading and fitting everything into our storage. Really nice guys who work efficiently and know what they are doing. We were scheduled to start at 10AM but got a call early and they actually came earlier at 7:30 which was fine by me to get it done quicker. Would definitely recommend these guys. read more

These people are the worst - love playing the blame game. I scheduled to move my office for a Friday morning. I called the day before to confirm and was assured we were all set. The morning of the move, 20 minutes before they are supposed to show up, I am given a host of reasons why they need to reschedule (missing a man, sick kid, family member) OK- I'm a reasonable guy, things happen so I ask them when they can reschedule and they say they'll get back to me - should of cancelled then and there and found another company. So, we contracted for 4 guys at a set rate per hour, 4 hour minimum - they send two guys on the next day (Saturday - which I was happy about- I thought "Great they are going to take care of me"!) - They do about half the job - charge the same hourly rate and take twice as long as the estimate. OK, again, I am a reasonable guy, the two movers who showed did bust their tails - so I didn't complain. When I asked when they could finish the job, again, given a song and dance, but was assured they would be back that Thursday afternoon with the 4 guys and I'd be moved. Come Wednesday, when I call to confirm, I get no response. I leave messages, send texts - get nothing until sometime in the evening they send a text saying that "my guys will be too tired to move you on Thursday, so lets do Friday morning - for sure, nothing will go wrong - I promise". Well guess what? Its Friday morning, I get no call, I have to leave messages - more texts - and finally get ahold of one of the guys who moved me on Saturday, and I now I am being unreasonable because I am angry at being lied to for over a week; my business is disrupted, its coming into the holidays (mine and everyone's) busiest season, and all I hear is excuses from these guys - he even had the nerve to say "well, we're taking care of people who scheduled their moves in advance" - I booked with these bozo's over two weeks ago. Long story short - most unprofessional bunch of liars I have dealt with in a long time - thieves on top of it (they didn't see what was wrong for charging same hourly rate for two guys v. four guys) - STAY FAR AWAY read more

Precision Movers did an excellent job. Kyle responded to my quote request immediately, and even when my timeline changed due to outside forces he was accommodating in every way. Frank and Dre got everything completed in a timely fashion and continuously checked in with me on updates for each particular item regarding placement. Very courteous and professional, worked nonstop from beginning to end, and even helped me walk all of the garbage out to the dumpsters upon completion of the job. Josh and Kyle run a fabulous business -- they really care about their clients' well-being during the stressful time that moving a home represents. We had a difficult situation, splitting a household between two new homes in 2 states and a storage facility and they pulled it off despite some logistical issues. Their entire team of guys were fantastic as well, with Zack figuring out how to remove the sliders to take large items out and Brian, the masterful stacker, who fit everything into the storage unit. Horrible. Do not use! Quoted my husband $4000 to move our small house south. Said it would be more to move his motorcycle. Never gave a price on that, which is our bad for not asking however, they charged $2500 to put it on the same truck and move it. On our paperwork it has $4000 crossed off, the $5000 crossed off and then totaled $6500. When asked the owner said because it was a liability, which I understand but i called several other places after the fact and was told it should have been $1000-$1300 more not $2500. They hire just anyone, not professional movers. They didn't pack the truck correctly, just shoved things here and there. Also, they do not tell us what can and cannot be transported until day of move and thankfully my husband had a pickup truck to take what they wouldn't. When they unpacked the truck I began to open boxes and had glasses broken, my tall wooden jewelry chest is scraped on one side and a big chunk of wood is missing. I have pictures of it. I had packed an expensive wooden ship, they movers repacked it, taped it squishing the box closed which resulted in 3 masts snapping in half. After I had it packed a certain way and wrote fragile do not stack anything on top, on the box. I have pictures of that. My husband handed one guy a bundle of garden stakes for fencing to the guy while he was in the truck and when they got here they were no where to be found. I call the owner and was told to send him the pictures and he would call me back that night or the next morning and I have heard nothing. I texted him several times the next afternoon and didn't even get an acknowledgment. I would not recommend these guys at all if you value your wallet and your belongings. They cashed the check immediately and then when damages are brought to their attention it's crickets on their end. They don't care that their unprofessional inexperienced employees damage and ruin their customers belongings. read more

I had hired Precision Movers for my boss's move. We had gone back and forth about the time and where set on 1pm. Shortly after 1pm I contacted Kyle to make sure he was on his way, as I expected him to be on time or at least let me know if he was running a few minutes late. He informed me that he would be there at 3:30. My boss was moving out of an airbnb and she had to be out by 2pm, so this was not going to work. He let me know that other clients don't tell the truth about how much stuff they have to move so their earlier move was taking hours more than expected. He tried to get other guys to come meet me to help but he was not able to find anyone. I ended up loading up our truck (we had rented our own u-haul, we just needed people to do the load in and out) and moving the items to the new destination. Kyle arrived at the new destination around 4pm (the location was about 10 minutes from where she was moving from) which was 3 hours after we had scheduled. He and one other guy did the unloading of the truck. We had discussed COVID safety precautions before I had hired them and Kyle had let me know they would have masks and wear gloves. Both him and the other guy got out of their car without masks and began to unload the truck. I asked them to please put on a mask, and Kyle went to the car to get his mask but the other guy did not have one and raised his shirt over his mouth and nose, which is not an effective way to also move boxes. They did not have gloves. They were efficient in the unloading of the boxes, so they are good at what they do, but I would not hire them if you are in a time constraint. read more
