Every time I sit in her chair, she knows exactly what I'm envisioning and somehow makes it look even better than I imagined. I usually go for a lived-in, soft, natural Bayalage and Kim always delivers with exceptional results. On top of her talent and skill, Kim has such a warm, caring personality and I always look forward to my visits with her. She makes the entire experience relaxing, fun, and uplifting. The salon itself has such a welcoming atmosphere as well. The staff is always kind and accommodating. I really love how open the space is ( lots of natural light ) and they have TV's everywhere which is nice when you're getting your hair washed or waiting for your color to process. The chairs at the sinks are so comfy and have a reclining leg rest. I'm short so this is a big plus for me lol My sister's friend originally recommended her to me, and it's one of the best recommendations I've ever gotten. If you're looking for a stylist who truly cares about her craft, her clients and works in a salon that feels like home, Kim is the one!

I've been meaning to review this place for months (along with several other places) but am finally…read moregetting around to it. I bought a groupon for 3 microdermabrasions. So far I have only used my first one which was back in November. That was also the first time I was at this salon. I spoke with Martita the receptionist over the phone to make my appointment. She was there when I went in person and was very warm and welcoming. While I waited for my appointment she offered and made me coffee. Soon I was brought into the back room with my facialist. I feel so bad but I can't remember her name at the moment. She was also really very nice. She was having trouble with her microdermabrasion machine. It was a different machine than she was used to. It really took some time before we actually started because she had to get a different machine. She was extremely apologetic for it. I was totally fine with it. I get it. It happens. During my microdermabrasion she was really very friendly and explained the different things she was using on my skin and what some options are to use on it. This was my first microdermabrasion so I was a little nervous but she put me at ease. I really had a good experience at this salon and will obviously go back again for my next two microdermabrasion I have left. I will likely continue to use them after that as well. Also, I was chatting with martita after my session about the salon and how I thought it was new and what not. We went over the different services they offer. She was so sweet and gave me a card for a free blow dry with Meghan to try out more of the services pure salon has to offer. I thought that was really nice of her to do. This salon is large clean but more importantly the staff is very warm and inviting. I will most definitely be coming here again! Thank you Martita and gang! I had a great first experience with microdermabrasion and can't wait to do it again.

There were clear demarcations all over my head :(. She was so sweet, spent a good amount of time on my initial consult. Told me what she can do to correct the issue and get me as close as she could to the ash brown I wanted. Well guess what, she did. She spend a good amount of time on my hair without complaining or trying to rush me out of the salon with a mediocre job. I'm truly thankful and grateful to her. She got me the Ash brown I wanted and I love love my hair now! Now about the salon. It's clean and beautiful. Jenna at the front desk is beyond pleasant and everyone else in the salon and spa are equally nice. I met the owner when I was leaving and he was so kind and sweet. They had to keep the salon open after their closing time and they didn't once come to bother Lisa to hurry it up. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stylist, colorist and a clean salon. One more thing to add and I've never had anyone do this, 3 days after I got my hair colored I get a call from Lisa asking if I'm still loving my hair color. How amazing is that!! The salon is very lucky to have someone like Lisa on their team. She will help them make customers for lofe
