I requested a pillow for my back and as you can see in the pictures. I got a stained, disgusting pillow that I had to use for the entire treatment. On top of that, cotton swab I used kept leaving fibers behind on my face, in my mouth; it's just all so gross! The salon was not transparent about their pricing. I got a gift card for Mother's Day, and instead of regular facial, I wanted to go with Hydrafacial instead. The website quoted $175 online, but when I was done, I was told that the prices have increased, and they charged me $200 instead of honoring the price they had online. Mind you not, I still tipped 20% on the service. Finally, they did not have a relaxing experience. The room is right behind their store (Shiseido). The tech kept the figure white light on the entire team, used her iPad to play calming music, and I felt like I was in a football stadium the whole time. She didn't even cover my eyes, and had the light beaming on my face the entire time. The treatment was painful, and that's something that wasn't conveyed before either. Overall I loved Olivia because of the massage she gave me in the end. But overall; the salon did not follow through with what they promised on their website. The treatments and services advertised were vastly different in quality from what was delivered. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a reliable and hygienic facial experience. RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED & EXTREMELY GHETTO!!

She discussed options with me and we came up with a basic plan of action, which would be two laser treatments and the hydrafacial I originally came for. After the first laser treatment, the vessels on my face were all but gone completely! I just had a slight one on my chin. After the second treatment, that one disappeared along with some other brown and purplish marks. I brought in two Eadem lip balms and one Dior lip balm. This cashier somehow exchanged my two Eadem lip balms for the Dior lip balm that I had already brought into the store, which makes absolutely no sense. To be very clear, I said I wanted to RETURN my two Eadem lip balms and then EXCHANGE my Dior lip balm for a different Dior lip balm shade. Instead, she processed it as if I was exchanging my two Eadem lip balms for the Dior lip balm I already owned. Because of this mistake, I was double charged for a lip balm I already had, which is completely unacceptable. These were supposed to be two DIFFERENT transactions and she put it into one. I later called the store and spoke to a cashier named Jenna, who laughed and dismissed the situation. She even acknowledged that the cashier was at FAULT, yet still told me that they would not refund me and that I should dispute the charge with my bank. Being told to go through my bank to correct a mistake that was clearly made by the cashier at SEPHORA is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. She then told me to Google the Sephora customer service number as she did not want to provide me it and promised me that if I called I would get my refund but I still have no refund. I asked if I can come in s store and show my receipt and get a refund instead and was told that they won't refund me in store. This entire experience was upsetting and incredibly disappointing. If this is how loyal Sephora customers are treated when a clear mistake is made by your employee then you have lost me as a customer. I am still waiting for my refund and for the store to correct their mistake.

Scheduled with Gina, the owner, and she set me up with the InShape machine and boy was it an AMAZING experience!! It does this thing that focuses on melting the fat and then stimulate the muscles under the fat! After about 45 mins or so feeling this vibration around my stomach; the area felt very light and loose (such a hard description to describe, but it's a good feeling). Then she hooked me to this other machine, I think called, NuShape? and THAT WAS AMAZING!!! The focus on that machine was the muscle then the fat. It would do these pounding sensations and it made me feel like I was doing 1000 ab crunches!!! I was so scared that I would get an abdominal cramp, but nothing happened! :) It's a different way to relax, but the OUTCOME after just 1 session was incredible!! After 30 mins of that, I looked in the mirror and boy, did my stomach look less bloated and felt really light!!! Standing, my belly fat felt like it was just broken up into pieces and was just waiting to escape my body!! I didn't feel jiggly at all!!! After that, she had me hop on this skateboard machine where you stand there and it jiggles! It was quite fun and fast! It was only for 10 mins and I saw the machine said I burned almost 600 calories!! That was cool! Felt all the places in my body that had fat jiggle! LOL Gave me more motivation to stick to my startup of working out and going the extra mile (that extra squat, that extra time on the treadmill)! Gina and her team are AMAZING!!! I went to the Oakhurst location and it's a very minimal, clean, beautiful aesthetic place!! :) I've been to her other location years ago, Marlboro, and it was also minimal, clean, and beautifully aesthetic. Their company and staff really stick their company's core values!!! I would definitely support small local businesses great as they are!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!!
