I was there 1st time okay with coupon for new customer 2nd time was quoted $40 for a fill in via telephone after when I was finished charged $50 said because I hadn't been there in a while whatever that meant A few days later the French fill in turned dark 3rd time made an appointment for 10:30 got there 10:25 and was told the appointment was put in for incorrect time but someone did my fill in who I suspect was unlicensed cause she didn't speak at all, kept her head down & when I was paying didn't see a license on the wall for her. 3 days later French turned dark again and chipped. I've had my nails done for 30 years never had this happen before. The worst salon ever. The only positive thing I can say it was fairly clean. I would rate it with - negative stars if I could UPDATE No I was not at the Middletown location. Definitely at the one on 1st Avenue in Atlantic Highlands. I just love Laura @TC nails !! I've been going here for almost 7 years(faithful customer). Laura is super sweet with BEAUTIFUL soul(don't get too much of that now of days from other business owner). She's very well respected and loved in the area, too. Her new salon in Atlantic Highlands NJ very clean, comfortable and beautiful nail salon. I had pretty much everything done here . My favorite is the Dip / Gel manicure. It truly last for 3 weeks. So many colors as well. The deluxe spa pedicures are great, too. Laura does a wonderful job all the time. And no matter how busy it gets, laura and her staff takes care everyone! Have to be patient, if you want awesome service. Loved it here!!! My friend and I made an appointment and showed up about 20 minutes early. They got us in right away. I got a pedicure and a full set for my maternity photos. The pedicure was amazing and my full set turned out better than I expected. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work they did on my nails. My friend just got a full set and was extremely satisfied with them. They look beautiful!! To top it all off, the price was more than fair. Great pricing for the quality of work and friendliness of the staff. I will definitely be returning to this salon and plan for it to be my permanent spot. Love this place!! I went for the first time today and the staff was very welcoming and able to get me in right away. Huge selection of colors, competitive prices, and clean!! I was so tired I walked into my tech's station and smudged my toe polish right after she finished. She was so sweet and reassured me it was no problem to fix it. There was a link on here to get 20% off for new customers but when I clicked it, it pulled up their phone number. I asked about it and they honored it so I got a gel mani and regular pedi for $40!! This was my first time coming here and I was very pleased to discover that the positive reviews are accurate! This is such a cute, clean, and friendly atmosphere. The prices are great and even better service! I believe the nail tech I had said her name was Laura she was so pleasant and literally did the BEST coffin full set for me. I've asked laura to do some crazy designs on my nails and laura done them all and made them look awesome. Hands down my best experience at TC NAILS . Establishment is clean, modern looking. Staff are professional and polite. I absolutely love my technician, Laura was so gentle, did a beautiful job on my gel nails; took her time and made sure I was comfortable even though they still had many people waiting in the front. Walked in for gel full set and pedicure because this one is in my neighborhood, and I didn't want to travel to my usual spot. Today is Saturday, so I was expecting a wait, but they got me in a spa chair right away. I didn't get the names of the lovely ladies who helped me, but they were very kind and professional. Tc nails is great I love coming here when I get off the ferry eveyone is so friendly they have so many colors all the newest products the equipment is new and the owners are very nice and funny my nails last so long best mani and pedis and they have the powder manicures which last almost three weeks !!!
