I have been going there now for well over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. Paul and Mary have always been friendly and professional. The salon is always clean. Sometimes I have to wait a bit from my appointment time but that is usually because someone previously was late, setting the entire schedule off. After I moved from Jackson I was thrilled to realize my drive time was only going to be 5 minutes longer so I didn't have to start the process over. Overall, an excellent salon.

When I got there, I was told I'd have to wait 45 minutes for a pedicure or come back in two hours for a pedicure and full set. This was very disappointing and disrespectful of my time. They should have told me the actual availability when I called instead of having me rush over just to wait. It feels like they misled me so they wouldn't lose business. I'm still waiting, so my expectations for the quality of service are high and I'll update once I see the results.
