He guided me through every step over time, never damaging my hair once. He was super accommodating, made sure I felt comfortable the entire journey, and now I'm living my best blonde life. The next morning me, my business partner, a model and the photographer sat there and waited 30 minutes calling and texting with no reply. Luckily I found a salon down the street that took us which completely saved my life. I had spent months and thousands of dollars preparing for this day and what was supposed to be such a proud and happy day for me she completely ruined. I sent her a text telling her how disappointed I was that she never showed and still never heard back.
