I switched to this salon a few months ago and this was my 3rd visit. I have left very happy every time! After my soon to be SIL recently had a hair trial where I was told that the trial is included with the $200 cost of wedding day hair and makeup, she decided she was not comfortable wearing that much makeup or getting her hair done. She was uncomfortable sitting in the chair and being attended to. This was no fault to the stylist who did an amazing job, but just a personal reaction to be touched and made up. The owner has refused to refund the $200 paid up front and is now saying that the total cost was $200 trial and $200 day of. I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding and this was absolutely not the case at that time. I have never been so offended. Additionally, the tone she took was abrupt and rude. I will no longee recommend this business to anyone and will not be returning. I tried to reason with her. I tried to explain that I was a long time client. None of that mattered. I'm heartbroken. I never write reviews but this one had to be done.
