It was very disappointing and stressful to be cancelled on last minute for a special occasion hairstyle. We also had a consultation weeks prior where we specifically went over what the hair style was going to be and when they called me they had no idea what we were even coming in for. They didn't even seem to feel sorry about the cancellation. Or at least not enough to make it up to me somehow.
