So far I have only used my first one which was back in November. That was also the first time I was at this salon. I spoke with Martita the receptionist over the phone to make my appointment. She was there when I went in person and was very warm and welcoming. While I waited for my appointment she offered and made me coffee. Soon I was brought into the back room with my facialist. I feel so bad but I can't remember her name at the moment. She was also really very nice. She was having trouble with her microdermabrasion machine. It was a different machine than she was used to. It really took some time before we actually started because she had to get a different machine. She was extremely apologetic for it. I was totally fine with it. I get it. It happens. During my microdermabrasion she was really very friendly and explained the different things she was using on my skin and what some options are to use on it. This was my first microdermabrasion so I was a little nervous but she put me at ease. I really had a good experience at this salon and will obviously go back again for my next two microdermabrasion I have left. I will likely continue to use them after that as well. Also, I was chatting with martita after my session about the salon and how I thought it was new and what not. We went over the different services they offer. She was so sweet and gave me a card for a free blow dry with Meghan to try out more of the services pure salon has to offer. I thought that was really nice of her to do. This salon is large clean but more importantly the staff is very warm and inviting. I will most definitely be coming here again! Thank you Martita and gang! I can't say enough wonderful things about Alyssa!!!! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and her attention to detail was incredible. The color came out absolutely perfect -- rich, dimensional, and exactly what I envisioned (actually, even better!). The cut and style suit me perfectly and are so easy to maintain. You can tell she truly loves what she does; her professionalism and creativity shine through in every step.
