They never talked about hair goals or what they were trying to achieve never listened. Just chopped and dyed permanent color with each application leaving me with years if permanent color build up which has grown out brassy. Even though I made it clear to my person to never use permanent dye. The other lie was everything was "natural" plant derived. ! The owner has refused to refund the $200 paid up front and is now saying that the total cost was $200 trial and $200 day of. I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding and this was absolutely not the case at that time. I have never been so offended. Additionally, the tone she took was abrupt and rude.
