Additionally, not only did she forget about my appointment on two different occasions, she asked another customer to come back. She took over 3 hours to complete a CROCHET hairstyle that normally would have taken no more then two hours. To add insult to injury, she had the audacity to charge me an extra $20 for her incompetence. I made my appointment 4 hours before my work shift and could not make it due to her unprofessionalism. Furthermore she lacked sympathy/empathy, I never receive a single apology and she raised her voice at my in front of another customer. The braids she did were so tight that I ended up with painful scabs on my scalp. Additionally, the crochet hair she put in was disgustingly tangled and matted within a week, necessitating its removal. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

I was so nervous he wasn't going to sit for it, but it ended up being a wonderful experience. Upon entering, you're brought into a super welcoming, kid friendly zone. It's bright and colorful, there are cool cars to sit in, cartoons on the TV's, and they even have toys to purchase if your little one needs something to hold onto during the process. We were greeted by Yudi, who came up to my son excited and full of energy, and from that point we were good. She listened to what we wanted (I'm not ready to cut all of his hair off just yet), and she was so great with him. It was a great experience for everyone. After he was done, they took a picture that they printed out on the spot and attached it to a first haircut certificate that included a bit of his hair. We were so excited to receive this keepsake. Probably another year an a half wait. Still angry at this salon for their deception. Imagine being lied to about what was being used on your hair. They never talked about hair goals or what they were trying to achieve never listened. Just chopped and dyed permanent color with each application leaving me with years if permanent color build up which has grown out brassy. Even though I made it clear to my person to never use permanent dye. The other lie was everything was "natural" plant derived. ! There are no shortage of salons in the area and there is no reason to be loyal to a place that charges you a fortune and deceives you!
