I gave her hair that was multiple tones of red and in two sessions she turned me into a beautiful blonde that is not only stunning but also will blend so beautifully with my natural color. I'm so glad I found a new salon I love. The products they use also are so nourishing for the hair. You know when you go to the salon and your hair feels great for about a day or two then it starts to loose it's luster. These products don't do that you will have great shine and health to your hair. Even though I made it clear to my person to never use permanent dye. The other lie was everything was "natural" plant derived. ! Becky was great. She repeatedly asked if I had any questions, offered me a drink and made sure I was comfortable. Two stylists did my hair, which made the process so quick. I got the 24-hour keratin and loved the results when I washed my hair today! Smooth, silky and straight. The best part was the prices of their salon shampoo and conditioner, which I purchased. I typically purchase outside of the salon due to ridiculously over priced products. But the product they offered me was extremely affordable. I will probably get my keratin done here again in the future -- 5 stars!!

I felt I was in the right hands for a balayage. I never took into consideration that blonde hair is very forgiving. I am very disappointed with my results. I'll let my photos speak for themselves because I never did get a balayage, just some highlights (in my opinion). Sevim was nice when I sent her pictures & she offered to tone my hair within a week of my initial visit. I made the second appointment but canceled. I feel my hair was beyond just a toner. After two weeks of of waiting, my hair is fixed. I never got the balayage I wanted but the stripes are gone. I will not be returning to this salon.
