Show up 1.30pm.. wait a few mins and confirm that my new appointment was at 1.30. They had the audacity to say yes. 1.45 get up and leave, they talk Spanish and try giving me some shitty excuses why they're late... for those prices I did not expect shitty service.

My husband always goes to Nate, he was running a few minutes late today but we've never had any complaints and he was polite and apologized for being a little late. Lovely bathroom with a regular toilet, lovely design, cool sink. Very comfy huge leather sectional in the waiting lounge. Plenty of hangers. They had no problem with me hanging out and coming and going. Fun music. They sell some products but didn't get a good look. Cash only but ATM on site. Parking on Main Street or on the sides.

When he described what he would do, I felt very confident that I found the right barber. I was so comfortable that I actually dozed! After leaving the shop I realized that I hadn't even looked in the mirror. I walked back in, took a glance and drove home happy. When Wifey saw the haircut she was very please. We had our first kid 2 months ago…read moreand haircuts have gone to the way side and as someone who has hair that grows pretty fast and needs about 6 cuts a year when I wear it long for a guy I was long overdue. I called to schedule and they directed me to their website. At first I wasn't a fan. But it was pretty easy to see all the available times and to pick the most convenient one for me which was actually within 20 minutes of me looking. You got to do stuff when. The kid goes down for a nap and my wife green lit the hair cut. I got there 10 minutes early and they were able to take me a few minutes early which I appreciated. The guy who cut my hair was good. He was young looking but he did a great job. He did a lot of attention to detail with my beard and whipped out a straight razor to clean up my brow a bit. I thought the prices were affordable and the shop was clean. Added bonus for Rutgers students they have a discount which is always nice. In about 30 minutes I was transformed from possibly homeless to stylin. And located on George Street in New Brunswick is pretty central. Worth checking out if you need a hair cut.

I was happy with my haircut, and the barber used a razor to finish fixing it, which to me is the difference between a good cut, and some rando haircut place. She also asked me whether I wanted to trim or blend my hair, which is exactly the right kind of question, because I never know what I want and I have to be nudged in the right direction. I like the I could use a credit card to pay, and to leave a tip. My only suggestion would be for the barbers to use warm foam. Also New Brunswick is a pain to park in, so give yourself time to get there.

The place looked like a barber shop in the middle of a nice game room. The barber (sorry couldn't recall his name) asked the requirements and quickly jumped to work. He did a pretty clean job but I had a complete turn off when he assumed that I wouldn't need long sideburns and decided to chop it off short. I immediately told him that I usually sport long sideburns and he must have checked with me before proceeding. I was equally surprised that it cost $35 for a simple haircut. Anyway the place had good aesthetics and ambience and it would definitely cost that much if you are also making use of their pool table or the PlayStation. I also found the music little too loud as both of us found it difficult to hear each other.
