I planned on getting a piercing but when my daughter and sister consulted about a tattoo, they were about 5-6 people ahead of them but they put their name on the list in hopes it wouldn't be too long of a wait. The piercing area was a little busy but the wait wasn't long at all. The majority of their piercings are $20 so I decided on the Forward Helix and my Third Ear Lobe piercing. My piercer was great and made sure I liked the placement before piercing my ears. While we waited, I also bought new jewelry for my Naval, Tragus and Rook piercings, which they changed out for me. With jewelry being only $10, I felt like a kid in a candy store lol. Unfortunately after about an hour, my daughter and sister didn't move up in the wait list so my sister decided to get a Tragus and Second Ear Lobe piercing and we decided to leave. The service at Lucky 13 is great and with it being a pretty popular spot, expect long waits for tattoos! They open at Noon on Saturdays so definitely be there as soon as they open to avoid long waits. I absolutely love the pricing of the piercing. For $90, I got 3 piercings and 3 pieces of jewelry. Definitely check them out! Update: My Forward Helix jewelry did fall out after about a week so make sure the jewelry is very secure before leaving.

Please run my jewelry through an autoclave. The piercer said that he did not have time to run my jewelry through an autoclave. An autoclave takes 7 minutes for jewelry. It should be done by the counter assistant for each, and every client. EVERY TIME!!!!! The piercer was also smoking his vape in the studio in front of his customers. This place does don't follow A.P.P guidelines (Association Of Professional Piercers); And should be shut down immediately. After calling the piercer out in front of his Customers he told me to "Get the F out of his shop" Yeah... I think I will.. Before I catch AIDS!!!

I did not at any time request the solution or a protection plan, nor was I asked if I wanted it. I would have said no to both. Be careful if you decide to go there.

Trust me, if your minor is getting a body piercing, Tina is who you want holding the needle. She came around from the counter, sat on the bench with my daughter, answered all her questions, eased her anxiety. From this conversation alone, I knew my daughter was in good hands. If you're wondering what to bring, they took her state ID and birth certificate for age verification, and my license for parental authorization. Fill out a form and it's on to the piercing booth !! Tina explained each step directly to my daughter, respecting her as the informed client. She was clearly in tune with my teen's body language; I cannot emphasize enough how well Tina kept the energy in the room a perfect balance of relaxed anticipation. She took care preparing my daughter's little nose, gently probing to identify the "sweet spot" while talking her through all of it. My daughter said the needle was less painful than she expected.
